We had a wonderful stay here. The Airbnb is completely sufficient for 2 people. The communication was very easy and easy. We would book again anytime. :)

5 stars for the host Omar alone. He was very communicative, had clear instructions for checking in, and responded to questions in no less than 5 mins every time. The studio had everything we needed with a beautiful view, a nice balcony, and well stocked with beach things. Also free street parking. The area was very walkable with hundreds of restaurants. We probably tried 15-20 while we were there. We stayed a month and never ran out of things to do. The beach is a 2$ circuit trip away or street parking for around $4/hr with the park mobile app. The studio is in a great location that is walkable to downtown but also easy to get to the beach. We also visited Miami 3 times and Juno Beach and West Palm beach to the north. A few cons to note: currently (April 2025) there is construction right across the street which is noisy during the morning and the day. There is also a school where you can hear schoolchildren throughout the day. In total, easily 5stars and we loved our experience.

I’ve stayed in many units in this building this unit was great, very clean, very quiet, very responsive host. The area is nice. Pool on the fourth floor is great. Gym on the second floor is clean. I would definitely recommend this place and stay here again. Jimmy was a good host. All linens were clean. Washer and dryer inside the unit is a great plus.

Cory’s place was great. Came with all the possible amenities you can ask for and went above and beyond to make sure we were well situated and accommodated for. Cory was very flexible with me and was always very responsive. Overall, Cory is the man and I cant wait to book more trips with his properties. Thanks again for everything!

My fiancee and I had a great stay with Maria. The location was pretty central and extremely easy to find. Maria was also extremely helpful and timely with details and instructions.

Our stay at Juan’s property was excellent from start to finish. The apartment is in great condition, very well maintained, and located in a quiet condominium, making it ideal for a comfortable stay. From check-in to checkout, Juan was extremely attentive, always available to help and ensure we had the best possible experience. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again. We stayed at Rachel and Michael’s place for 10 days and enjoyed every single one of them. The location is beautiful and in a fantastic, safe area. The facilities were top-notch, and the historical charm of the home made it even more special. Rachel went above and beyond—she even stocked the place with food and snacks for our arrival, which made us feel instantly at home. The hosts were so welcoming and thoughtful throughout our stay. We've visited this area before, but this is by far the best place we've ever stayed. We’ll definitely be coming back.

I would recommend this place to anyone, the description matches the reality. My only feedback would be that communication can be challenging if not during Italian day time zone.

From the moment we checked in it was a great experience. The building was clean and felt secure with consistent security on premise and added security with wristband access to go to correct floor. The beach service was great as well. All of the employees were fantastic. The unit was spotless and the views were breath taking. I would stay again in this unit again in a heartbeat.

Rafael was thoughtful and communicative. We were pleased with his responsiveness and understanding of our needs. We had several questions for Rafael and he was very informative. The place was exactly as described. It was impeccably clean, inviting, and private. The bathroom was clean and shower was comfortable for tall people. There is ample storage space . There is an enclosed patio with stones and chairs. Should the need arise, we would definitely stay there again!

I was so pleased with everything at this place. We arrived in Fort Lauderdale and were unsure if we could get in early. We messaged the host and he responded almost immediately and said our place was ready! It was a very clean and welcoming place. We will definitely look to book this place for future visits! I rate this place 10/10.

Had a wonderful experience staying at this Miami Beach Airbnb! The location couldn’t be better—close to the beach and restaurants, yet tucked away enough to enjoy some peace and quiet. The space was super clean and exactly as pictured. The host management is in the same building and was responsive and thoughtful and I was allowed to extend one extra hour. Highly recommended—I’d definitely stay here again!

Stayed for a month. Outstanding apartment, views, and location in a luxury building. Comfortable bed. Quiet, great bar and restaurant in building, gym, pool. Whole Foods in walking distance, CVS, Brickell Shopping Center, etc. Complete resort lifestyle. My favourite place yet.

This was an amazing stay! Norberto was very accommodating and the home is beautiful. Exactly as promised and the building staff was also very helpful. Restaurants closeby and very beautiful night walk. Overall 10/10 experience

This place is really fantastic. It's in a great location near the beach. Lots of restaurants nearby. It has a wonderful view facing north and you can see a bit of the ocean. It's a pretty new building and you can really tell. Everything is spotless. I like to walk for exercise and this is a block from the boardwalk where you can go miles at a time.

Salil and Neha were amazing hosts! Very kind and courteous from the moment I booked their space. We ended up extending our trip an extra night and they were so accommodating and let us stay. Very responsive and professional. The unit is beautiful and in a great location - would definitely return!!
