The Airbnb was exactly as pictured—peaceful, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. Angel sent clear and detailed instructions before my arrival, making check-in super easy. I felt completely safe and at ease throughout my stay. When an unexpected issue came up, Angel was very helpful. He’s kind, attentive, and genuinely cares about his guests. I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect for two families traveling for F1. I liked the separate space of the mother-in-law suite. The pool was amazing.

We had the best stay at the pool house! The yard and pool area is spectacular, the pool house was very clean and had everything we needed, and the fact that it is a dog friendly Airbnb is a huge plus! Romy was very communicative, friendly, and accommodating. The calm neighborhood is within driving distance of a variety of beaches, you can get to main attractions in the area in 30 minutes or less, and the property itself is so great you won’t want to leave the relaxation by the pool! We absolutely loved this property and will for sure be back!

The host was very sweet! A few miscommunications on a few things but hey it’s fine! If I come back I would definitely book again.

Daniel & Orlando's place was very cozy and clean. All the instructions were clear, and easy access to get in and out. Communication with D&O was great! The backyard was beautiful and very tropical. We had many iguana friends who visited us every day (as well as ducks). D&O's house has character and is super cute. They have everything you need in case you forget to pack something, don't worry I can guarantee they have it there! This house is fully furnished and stocked with essentials. My sons enjoyed fishing the canal in the backyard. I would recommend this place, especially for a family. This place is family-friendly.

Property was just as described. Beautiful inside & out in a quiet neighborhood. We felt right at home with all the amenities provided. We will definitely book again.

Place felt very safe. Shower was nice, with good pressure. Bed was comfortable and AC was spot on!

My stay was perfect. Seidel’s place was a great location and it was spotless. If I am ever back in town I’ll definitely be booking again.

Matthew was great with communication. He had his maintenance crew on top of everything and even his crew was friendly. I’ll definitely look forward to staying with him again next time I’m in Ft. Lauderdale.

This place and the hosts stood up to all the previous reviews. Loved the comfy bed, the awesome parking, the privacy and easy check in process. Pool is beautiful. Everything was meticulously cleaned. Had everything needed for a comfy stay. Host was personable and extremely helpful. I honestly never stay in “guesthouse” situations, but this one is set up like a private home. So glad I took a chance, will stay again!

The place was very nice and clean. It was within the vicinity of everything we had planned. The convenient washer and dryer was a big plus! I appreciate the extra towels that were there. I have no complaints

Best location in Coconut Grove, and this unit has a beautiful view. Hosts were immediately responsive to requests, and were able to accommodate another night when my travel plans changed. I’d highly recommend!

The place was beautiful looked even better than the photos, the bed was super comfortable, view was extremely beautiful, only problem was I wish it was more towels I asked for them but nobody ever brought them. Other than that everything was great, also be prepared to pay at least $40-50 a day for parking. Great host he was there right away to help with check in and gave us a better rate for parking which was $40 a day.

Nice unit with just enough space. nice view and amenities. Design district has,a lot to do and location makes Miami easy to navigate and get around. Well priced.

While in my stay in the condominium it was nothing short of the photos on the listing. It was clean, well organized, and to top it all off has a great ocean view and of downtown Miami. Has many walkable locations and restaurants in the area as well. Also has great amenities like a gym, pool, and restaurant in the lobby. Would for sure stay here again and recommend it to others as well.

This place was great! The view was AMAZING. Prefect amount of room for me and my fiancé. Everyone was so nice and it was super easy to find!

Great views huge balcony, high ceilings, floor to ceiling windows. The furniture was great to lounge hang out, large closet and drawer space. Garage was a little difficult to go up and down from 5th floor and than elevator or stair to 6 th floor. Overall a great stay ample room and modern feel. The kitchen had all needed utensils. Coffee maker was great to have on ready for morning even had expresso and tea. Bed was big and comfortable.

I highly recommend this location if visiting Miami. It’s centrally located and close to highway making getting around very efficient. The space was pristine and the apartment has everything you need to be comfortable and right at home.
