Sebastian’s place is excellent, located right on the beach with tons of amenities within walking distance. Communication was excellent as well, he also helped arrange a nanny for our kids for our week long vacation, which made the vacation even better. Excellent host and would return to his place.

I really love Cadaques this was my third time there. This studio apartment was cozy and spacious enough for two people. Carlos was a great and responsive host. Will definitely be returning!

The apartment is greatly furnished and beautiful. Great spot. There was an issue with the AC and it was very quickly fixed. Recommended.

A favorite! The property felt super safe with 24-hour security, and the grounds were beautifully maintained. The apartment had a nice view of the pool and a partial view of the ocean, which made for a really peaceful vibe. The pool area also had a small bar/restaurant that honestly served some of the best food I had in Boca Chica. The host was easygoing, and check-out was smooth and stress-free. If you need a moto ride around town, just ask the security out front—there’s a sweet and respectful gentleman who can take you, and there’s also a grocery delivery service available if you need it. 10/10 stay!

Our absolute favorite part of the trip was the beach. The water was pristine and calm — ideal for a relaxing family beach day. Having access to chairs, loungers, and an umbrella made everything even better. One of the highlights of the apartment itself was the terrace. It was the perfect spot for dinners and late-night conversations while listening to the sound of the waves. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommended for families looking for comfort, great amenities, and beach getaway!

Our stay at Anna’s condo was absolutely perfect! My husband and I spent three nights there after celebrating a friend’s 50th birthday at the Hyatt Zilara. This was actually our second time staying in this building at one of Anna’s condos—the first time was in her penthouse level unit. This condo was just as lovely. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as pictured. The Wi-Fi was reliable, which was a huge plus since we were working remotely. Also, the shower had consistently hot water, which is a must-have for me. The location is fantastic—just a short walk to the beach and close to plenty of great restaurants, bars, and shops. The hosts were incredibly kind and accommodating. We were especially grateful for the late check-out, which let us enjoy the beach a bit longer before our evening flight. If you’re looking for a comfortable and budget-friendly place to stay in Punta Cana, I highly recommend this spot. You won’t regret booking it!

The apartment is very nice, bright and modern. It's a good fit for a family of 4 and is in style with the photos shown. The terrace is large and is the apartment's highlight. It's nice to note that there is no dishwasher there so it must be taken care of if you want to cook. The outdoor area and pool are super fresh and modern, it's suitable for all ages. The beach is gorgeous, and completely free of rocks in the water that is in great contrast to other beaches on the island. There are two areas (beach clubs) close to the apartment you can get sunbeds towards having lunch. Otherwise, the Bavaro beach is characterized by private all inclusive hotels as far as the eye can see. But there is lots of life on the beach and you can do all possible activities in the water. The best restaurants are located in the small center behind the apartment, Citrus and La Brajua are 10/10! There are also a lot of bars and Casino, a bit of traffic and other environment than the beach. Use Uber for accessibility and buy food at Jumbo and not local supermarkets, they are expensive!

Beautiful Condominium… Very nice apartment… Very well equipped… The beach is at walking distance… Peaceful… We enjoyed our stay!

Karyn’s home was beautiful and serene. This is our second visit to her place and this time we took our children with us!!! We had a blast! The pool and private ocean front were not crowded as always. This is the perfect place to unwind, to get away from the noise and to relax while allowing yourself to rejuvenate. Thank you for having us once more Karyn!!!
