The place was ok it needs to be more homey looks more like a bachelor place, needs a mirror in the bedroom, place is hot at night there's know circulation only one room is cold. Dish rage to wash the dishes. The location was very nice and the price was very high for 2 days.

The condo was exactly what we were looking for quiet and cozy. Had all the necessities that we needed. We will definitely be back next time in Miami.

I loved this Airbnb, has been my favorite so far. It is very modern and clean! I enjoyed my stay and loved how everything was walking distance! The amenities were wonderful. The host was very communicative and responsive, I enjoyed my vacation and hope to be back soon!

Avery’s home was an 11/10. If I lived in Miami full time, I’d want her help to stage & furnish my place. Her home was not only stunning (better than photos!) but I felt very safe staying there, as the area is filled with things to do & places to eat. I came for a 2 week work trip and was sad to leave. I felt so much at home & Avery’s communication was impeccable from the beginning. If you can snag this home, do it!! I’ll def be booking again :)

Yami a GENIUS , always attentive , answering all my inquiries , the ideal location Sillas de playa excellent , umbrella for like 5 people , beach towels!!!!!! Everything impeccable and a new remodel was noticeable !!!! It had everything kitchen , beach , towels and towels to replenish , so also sheets . Apartment is very close to the beach, about a block down then the walk to the beach. It was really helpful that the host provided beach umbrella, 2 beach chairs, and a cooler bag. We ended up paying for parking usually but it wasn’t too high. Cvs, wallgreens, restaurants, and publix are a walk away. The space is small as described but being so close to the beach it was perfect.

I was very happy with the unit. Great value for money. Clean, great finishes, great linen, spacious. and quiet. Best beach views. You cannot go wrong renting this unit.

Sara was extremely efficient with her communications, quick to respond and extremely helpful and accommodating. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and the complex very good , amazing views from pool area and gym . If I had to make any points for future guests it’s just be aware there’s a resort fee of $52 /day which travelling from UK was a new thing to us , and being on the quieter side with Downtown views meant we needed to use Ubers to get to and from South Beach or walk 25 mins . It served our purpose nicely and having the kitchen area with fridge and hob worked perfectly . We enjoyed our stay

I loved staying at the hotel and loved that it was as described on the ocean view. I loved that we could walk to the beach easily and the walking path was wonderful for my small dog. I love that they accepted pets and most everyone at the hotel was friendly. I would definitely stay again and my daughter loved it as well. GREAT location.

We stayed here for six days and had an amazing time - location is amazing, Ubers into the city are cheap as well, Jose and Andrea provided amazing amenities like a cooling bag, umbrellas, great chairs. As two women traveling together, we felt the area was super safe and our only flag is we’d love to have a bolt lock to use during the nighttime as extra security. Other than that, super clean and lovely stay!

Great place to stay. The resort is amazing. Wonderful food, easy access to beach, helpful employees. As well as plenty activities. Only issue was a small incident at the end of miscommunication between myself and the host but was fixed and issue was resolved without issue. Definitely recommend for a couple for a nice relaxing getaway!

Thank you Martha your place is just what the doctor ordered!! Relaxing, right on the water, Bay view is a plus, city view at night, chairs and towels w/ umbrellas plus while on the beach soaking in the sun and water GREAT!!!!! Will be back.

this is a great place to stay when considering the one hotel. just pick up the access cards as you enter the building and those get you into the one hotel pool. it worked out really great for us and the room had a full kitchen.

Great stay. Kash was quick and responsive and the location was perfect. free parking only 5 minute walk away was great. thanks for a wonderful 2x nights in Miami.

This accommodation is nice and clean. The hot tub and outdoor area were our favourite part of the property - we used it a lot! The property was well maintained, too! This particular area has a few mosquitoes, so make sure to pack and use big spray. There are citronella candles provided for when you sit outside, which was nice! The AC is super powerful and there is a coffee machine, which was definitely appreciated. All in all, it was a nice stay, exactly as described, with great amenities.

Absolutely loved my stay here! The location by Bayside couldn’t have been better—super walkable and close to everything. Check-in was a breeze, and the host was really responsive and helpful throughout. The place was spotless and exactly as pictured. Would definitely stay here again next time I’m in Miami!
