Rental includes entire upper floor with private entrance along with tv/internet (Netflix only).

Located on 8 acres of very private pristine Maine landscape. 10 minutes to Bath. 19 minutes to Popham beach. 30 minutes to Freeport. 45 minutes to Portland. 5 minutes to public boat launch. This guest suite is located in the lower level of our NetZero post & beam home which sits on a mountain overlooking the Penobscot Bay. The over 600 sq. ft. large open floor plan is spacious & clean with a large private patio. The location is quiet and peaceful while only 5 minutes from the action in downtown Rockland and only 15 minutes from Camden. This is a great home base to explore all that the Midcoast area has to offer.

Located in the Bath historic district, this one bedroom apartment is located just a few blocks from downtown. The apartment has a queen bed in the bedroom and also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The home was built in the late 1700's, but with the recent upgrades, it now feels fresh with classic elements. Located in Midcoast Maine, this apartment is an quick drive to the beach, hiking trails and museums.
