The apartment is suitable for one to two people who want to be close to hiking terrain and ski slopes. Nice starting point for nature walks. You live in a house from 1900. It has been an old school that has been converted into a detached house. The apartment is located on the 2. floor ( one stairs up from ground) and has its own entrance. We live on the ground floor. The view from the veranda is peaceful and makes you relax. We have good parkingspace for cars and charger for electric cars There are dogs living on the propety, but you will not come in contact with them if you don`t want to. This is an apparment where we welcome dogs

Koselig liten hytte i hage ved siden av utleiers bolig. Inneholder et lite soverom med en ganske høy dobbeltseng på 150cm adskilt fra oppholdsrommet med forheng. Hytta egner seg for 2 personer. Det er en 2seter sofa i oppholdsrommet, liten sittebenk ved spisebordet og bad. Hytta inneholder et minikjøkken med utstyr for matlaging. Veranda utenfor som hører til, med bord og to stoler. Det er ikke kjørevei fram til hytta, så bagasje må bæres fra p-plassen og opp, ca 50-60m.

The Lerbukta Cottage is located in undisturbed, idyllic and peaceful surroundings. The Halden watercourse is floating past, and the distance to the lake Ara is just about 30 metres. The cabin is well equipped and has a large sitting room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a tiled bathroom with shower, toilet and a washing machine. There is underfloor heating in the bathroom. The sauna is in the side building. The cabin has WiFi.
