Waterfront holiday rentals in Middle Township

We had a wonderful 40th anniversary and this was the perfect place to relax, reflect and celebrate.

This place is an absolute gem!!! Super clean and well maintained home, beautiful yard & peaceful porch, great host and steps from the beach!! Our family of four had an amazing time and cannot wait to come back next yard. It’s the perfect spot and such an awesome value!

Great deal - location was perfect. Super close to the boardwalk and beach, with short inexpensive ubers anywhere else you need to go. 10/10, keeping this one in the books for when we come back!

Our first trip to Cape May - so glad we chose this beautiful condo. Even better than the pictures. What a treat after a long drive from Boston to step into such an amazingly clean (spotless!) and well organized space. Gorgeous open design kitchen and living space. Beds very comfortable with good quality linens. Nice to have two bathrooms. Excellent location- we walked to restaurants, beach, shopping…so easy. Near everything but quiet at night. Use of spacious garage another bonus. I am happy to recommend this great find in Cape May and hope to return. Communication from start to finish top notch. Thanks, Tania and Marc!

The unit was very clean, spacious, and felt like home. Location was perfect as the beach was within a minute of walking distance! Highly recommend and we’ll certainly be planning another stay next year!

Everything was great. My friends and I had a good time in AC and this place was awesome plenty of rooms and it has a nice chill vibe with the place. Would definitely recommend it to anyone trying to stay here for a couple vacation days

This residence was spotlessly clean and well-stocked with all that was needed for a great stay with family. Spacious rooms, multiple porches/decks, nice view of the bay, and beautiful pool/patio area were all enjoyable features of the home.

Mark and family’s Sunsets and Serenity was far beyond what we were hoping for in a family vacation rental. The location right along the bay has the best vibe for relaxation with the sound and smell of ocean so close. So many amenities in this home! Everything was already available when we needed something, be it cooking wares and all the appliances, towels, beach/yard toys and games, plus awesome pool and porches to hang out at. Also, only 15-20 minutes from great restaurants, beaches, and boardwalk! Truly cannot say enough about this amazing home and the awesome family that runs it. Katie was amazing! Very responsive and took care of everything immediately to make us feel at home. We were unaware that we had to bring our own bedding and Katie handled the situation with grace and allowed us to use her personal items, and compensated us for the inconvenience. Overall the stay was amazing, the house was beautiful, clean and well put together. Staying at Katie’s place is a must if you are in the area! Thank you Katie for a great stay!

Mikhail's place was perfect! I had a birthday and booked the house for myself and my friends. I had some clarifying questions before booking and then before arriving about bedrooms (which floors things were on, what kind of beds there were) and parking and he responded quickly and accurately. The house is beautiful, it looks just like the photos. The main living room has plenty of space and the front and back porch as super roomy. It is really the perfect house for a large group. The jacuzzi is such a nice touch with room for 8 people - note that a separate daily fee is required to use it, I think it was $75. The home was beach block, steps to the boardwalk and a nice big beach that does not require beach tags. There was a garage (note that it can only fit a small vehicle like a sudan or hatchback) and there are two parking passes that come with the home, plus you can purchase an additional two passes in advance for $25 a day. I wouldn't change anything and I will come back!

We had the most wonderful weekend at this charming beach cottage! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by the cutest cactus-themed décor that was both fun and stylish—it gave the space so much personality while still feeling cozy and relaxing. The layout was perfect for our small family: spacious enough for comfort, yet warm and inviting. One of the highlights for us was that our daughter had her own bedroom with a big girl bed—she was so excited, and it made the whole stay feel extra special for her. The best part by far was the location. It was just a short walk to a beautiful, private Bayside beach that was clean, quiet, and perfect for family time. We loved how easy it was to go back and forth, and the peaceful atmosphere made it feel like our own little hidden gem. After a day at the beach, coming back to the cottage to relax was the perfect end to each day. The host was thoughtful and responsive, check-in was simple, and everything we needed was provided.

CJ’s place was absolutely perfect! The view of the lake was stunning—waking up to that every morning truly felt like a dream. The neighbors were super friendly and welcoming, which made the whole stay feel even more relaxed and enjoyable. The house itself was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed. Being in that space really made our trip extra special. Huge thank you to CJ for being such a great host—we’d definitely come back!

Absolutely LOVED staying at Kyle's suite! Super comfortable, clean, fresh linens and towels available to us! Also very peaceful and quiet. We slept great! Kyle was very responsive and flexible! He's a fantastic host! I hope to be able to stay at his suite again in the future!

LOVED our stay at The Crest Beach House! We came a few years ago and knew this was the place to go when we wanted to return to the area. The new design is gorgeous. It perfectly captures that fun, nostalgic Wildwood vibe but feels so fresh, clean, and elevated. You can really tell how much thought went into every detail. The updated living area was one of our favorite parts — having a real sitting space made it feel like home. We could put the bedding away during the day and actually enjoy watching TV, playing games, and relaxing together. The location is still unbeatable — just steps from the beach and close to everything. Plus, all the amenities made packing super easy — from kitchen essentials to the little touches that make a vacation stress-free (like extra supplies for our toddler! - plates, utensils, beach toys, children books, sound machine, gated toddler pool section) Our favorite part is enjoying our morning coffee & tea on the balcony while listening to the waves 🌊 💗

My husband and I got married on a Friday and we checked in the following Saturday and spent the weekend here! Truly a remarkable view and it was a very comfortable stay! Rich was very communicative and even recommended a few places to eat! We'd definitely stay again!

This place is absolutely gorgeous! Eric & Lori were absolutely great hosts! Basically right on the boardwalk, a block from the beach, the view from upstairs is amazing!!! I would definitely come back again and again to this spot. Without a doubt! Thanks again guys!
