Sandra was a terrific host. her place was as described even better. beds were comfortable,lots of bathrooms, lots of outdoor seating, and pool toys and indoor and outdoor toys/games. perfect for us as we had a family wedding in the area. neighborhood was nice, quiet nearby to stores and restaurants.

My sisters and I came here to stay for the weekend to visit some family that lives in Jacksonville. The house was so fun! We love the pool and the hot tub! The backyard was amazing and the house was so nice and fun!

Hey, I'm not one to do surveys or yelp but it's was the reviews that actually made me make the decision to book this home. So I'm here to say, "Don't think about it, just do it!" We are from Hawaii and came to Florida for a high school graduation at Fleming Island. Back home we are all Ohana (Family). We get together, plan and help one another to prepare for an occasion or event. This home has far exceeded our expectation and I would like to thank both John & Andrea for giving us the opportunity to be a part of it. Upon our departure, I have reached out to our hosts and requests if they would allow us the opportunity to come back in three years. We have another graduation coming up. If you are looking for a home to stay, look no further. This is it :0)

The location was wonderful, perfect view of the water, and so peaceful. Our only issue was all of the wasp nests, spiderwebs in and out of the home, and not the cleanest or most maintained overall. We very much enjoyed our stay and if the owners invested more time into maintaining the inside and out this could be an incredible getaway for families. I have one kid with arachnophobia, so the spider webs were an issue for us personally.

Easy to find and Thomas communicated with us making the experience smooth.

This place was amazing! Perfect location, only 15 minutes of St. George street. The pool was amazing and very refreshing! My dog absolutely loved the backyard. We even got to see a few deer! Very clean and the host is very responsive. My nephew loved the pool table! I would definitely recommend this location!

Great place and super convenient location.

We were in town for a baseball tryout and this was the perfect place for us and our boys. The home was exactly as described, beds were comfy and everything was clean when we arrived. The backyard was perfect for relaxing, with a great fire pit and pool table, and we even caught a couple good size bass in the lake behind the home. Mac was super responsive to our questions and incredibly helpful. Would recommend!

Pool was lovely. Layout was very open. Such a nice place for us as well as our dogs.

Paty was a great host! The condo/apartment was even more spacious than the photos show. Our stay was also close to the new developments/shops around town, making it easy to pick up last minute items for our trip.

We truly enjoyed Andrew’s place. It looked exactly like the photos. He was such a great host. Any questions or concerns we had, he would respond right away. If you are looking for a peaceful getaway, Andrew’s place is what you are looking for! The scenery was beautiful and the pool was a great bonus for the little ones! We tried fishing but didn’t catch much of anything. Hopefully better luck next time but we will definitely be back again!

The house was perfect for us and the dogs! The beach is a hop and skip away loved the pool very spacious place! The downstairs was a plus having two washer and dryers also very spacious upstairs and downstairs! Everyone felt like they had there on little space and not on top of each other. The ice machine downstairs was so convenient for the coolers to go straight to the beach! We will defiantly be back it was the perfect place for us!

This has been our home away from home for the last 3 years and we are hoping to continue our tradition. As always Marlon's home is beautiful and he is always a phone call away. The home is located in a quiet area, very clean and well stocked. God willing we will return next year!

My family two babies and a dog stayed here for a long weekend trip. It accommodated all of our needs and was easily located to pool beach. The park right next door was ideally the best part for babies and dog. Would stay here again

Very home feeling, cool environment

This amazing home in Saint Augustine exceeded my expectations. It was lovely inside and out and truly felt like home with all of the special touches. The house is very central to Downtown and is an easy walk to the local restaurants and shops. We loved sitting outside by the fire pit and on the front porch. The parking is a big bonus and accommodated 2 SUV’s and my truck which was longer than usual due to kayaks in the back. I would not hesitate to stay again. We loved it!

My husband and I were looking for a quiet and relaxing getaway and Cathy’s place was the perfect fit. Cathy and her husband were very friendly and welcoming. The place was well equipped with just about anything you could need. Cathy was very responsive to any questions or concerns we had and even had provided me with an update about when to expect the power to be restored when it had gone out. We enjoyed sitting on the dock fishing and just enjoying the water. We would definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking for a quiet and peaceful place on the water and we are hoping to go back again.

We had a lovely time for the brief stay at Doctors Lake in the absolutely exceptional Home-a-Wave! we arrived in time to watch the beautiful sunset from the living room and grab a few drinks at the Sunset Tiki Bar where we met some very cool regulars and waiting for our Uber Eats order from Five Star Pizza (omg..BEST Pizza I've had in a very long time!). We had some winds and rain the 2nd night (hello first week of Hurricane Season) but we could not feel much movement at all the entire stay, including when was stormy! Upstairs did not disappoint, The bed was very comfortable, perfectly positioned across from the awesome windows providing a peaceful night waterfront view. We were greeted with a fabulous sunrise view from the deck! Highly recommend this floating dream!!

I’ve stayed here more than once, that should say something. We live in the country and wanted a country feel. Check. We wanted it quiet yet with things to do. Check. I recommend it highly.

We had a great stay, home is in a safe, quiet area. Many amenities in the home that made our stay convenient.

We needed a last minute place to stay for an unexpected trip, and came across this place. Great location, not far from amenities. Not much farther to the beach. Place was clean and had all we needed, made for a convenient stay. Pool area was beautiful!

Was super accommodating do my late check in and the place was super nice

Last minute booking for us. Came from Ginnie springs about 2 hrs away. Booked the bnb before we left and it was ready by the time we got there. Let us check in early bc of a early arrival the next day. Nicholas was very responsive and open to help with whatever we needed. Great central location in Florida. We will be back for more visits soon!

I bought tickets for my mom and I to an event in Jacksonville and needed a place to stay as I live 2.5 hours away. We had our small dog in tow and prefer an Airbnb over a hotel so it's easier on all of us and we have the ability to come and go out of the house instead of schlepping through a hotel. The neighborhood was very quiet and the house was quite clean. All the appliances are new and the bedroom furniture and living room furniture was lovely and comfortable. It was a nice stay and I'd stay there again if in Jacksonville.
