Beautiful location, peaceful and private. Spacious, modern, comfortable home. Really good advice about places to explore and visit in the surrounding area. This is a place we’d return to in a heartbeat. Just the tonic after a week in Paris and a hectic entry via JFK. Ben’s place is a haven away from the world. We just loved it!

It was a great getaway, coffee and a beautiful view every morning! Despite the weather not cooperating we still enjoyed the serenity of the mountains! We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back!

First Stavros was a stellar host. Proactive in communication and always responsive. Very attentive, we had one small interruption with the wifi that he promptly addressed before we even noticed! The house property is absolutely stunning and gorgeous, peaceful, spacious, very beautiful. The house has everything well stocked. Kitchen had plenty. I can't find one thing to comment that isn't positive. We all enjoyed ourselves to the max. The most enjoyable was the three walls full of windows that made the thunderstorms so beautiful to watch in the living room. The little stream in the back so pleasant to sit silently. Even better than the pictures! This was one of our favorite Airbnb experiences, super cute and eclectic house. We loved the style, the bathrooms made me want to renovate my own, and the beds were too comfortable if that’s possible lol. Perfect for vacation. The house was centrally located to the airport and the Bible museums and printery we booked to tour. Overall, we had just a lovely stay and cannot wait to go back!

This property is large and roomy with plenty beds to go around including the basement with the pool and ping pong tables plus a home gym with various equipments. The outdoors were fantastic with a very nice temperature controlled pool, Jacuzzi, swings set for the little ones and enough acreage to have a soccer match. The neighborhood was nice and quiet in a great country setting with lots of wildlife to enjoy to include lots of singing birds. Our family reunion was a great success due in part to the before mentioned surroundings. Douglas was always available to resolve minor issues, very responsive and accommodating, thanks for making our stay at this property a great one.

Monika's home was one of the best airbnbs we have ever stayed in. The design, style, and quality is something unparalleled in other airbnbs, it has a cohesive, elevated design throughout the entire home. It has everything you could possible need and is so thoughtful in every way. The backyard is huge and is perfect for a family to spend time together. We went on a great hike to a waterfall (which is within walking distance). Location is amazing as it's a close drive to Minnewaska. The location in Kerhonkson is in a nice secluded area. If you're looking for the perfect place to stay in the area this is it!

We were only at Sylvia’s house for one night, but it was a lovely stay. The house was warm and inviting with plenty of space. The loft bedroom was perfect and very comfortable. The shower is fantastic. We would definitely stay here again on another trip to New York.

Olga's beautiful modern house in Upstate New York is a real gem nestled near a wild forest. The spacious house offers plenty of room to relax and unwind after a day exploring the area. The location offers a perfect blend of tranquility and adventure, with plenty of things to do in the surrounding area. Olga was a fantastic host – incredibly responsive and flexible, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The house itself is stunning, with modern amenities and stylish decor. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this Airbnb!

This beautiful property has a special place in our hearts. We stayed in the A frame during COVID and we always wanted to come back. This time we stayed in the main house and it was phenomenal. Wish the weather was better for us to use the pool, but next time! It well worth the price. Only an hr from the city and it feels like a full vacation. Wonderful way to lose time time for a few days. We will be back!

The Hideout was such an amazing place to stay and the A Frame was exactly what we were hoping for. It had everything we needed and Samantha was very communicative the whole time. A perfect weekend with the toddler and the dog!

Great stay at Jasmine’s well furnished, rustic feel cottage. Peaceful location but just a quick ride to Woodstock, Kingston and Rhinebeck. Pool was perfect - we used it everyday. Heat bathroom floors is a nice touch!

We enjoyed our stay here very much. Richard was extremely responsive and made everything so easy for us. He even recommended the amazing Ice Caves for our hike and it did not disappoint! Even though it rained a lot, we were still able to get use out of the hot tub and the pool on our last day. The water is soooo stinky though (as advertised) - a little hard to get used to but indeed great for your skin and hair.

I had a great time staying here. A lovely and quiet retreat. Douglas and his family were very friendly and responsive to any needs I had. The place was tidy and clean and the grounds around the house were beautiful! Will definitely be back!

We had such a great stay at Eugene’s place! The house was perfect for our group — spacious, comfortable, and full of fun things to do. We especially loved the private theatre, the hot tub, and especially the sauna — such a great touch! The volleyball net was a hit, and there were tons of games in the closet that kept us entertained. The kitchen was well-stocked and roomy enough for us to cook meals for our large group, and there were plenty of different areas to hang out in, everyone could find their own space to relax. The towels were plentiful (huge plus) and having access to the washer and dryer came in handy during our stay. Eugene was a fantastic host — super friendly, very responsive, and just really helpful all around. We also got to enjoy a few deer sightings right in the yard, which felt magical. We visited the nearby alpaca farm and did the Beer Mountain hike, which was a nice outing. All in all, a wonderful stay. Would absolutely come back. Thank you Eugene!

Our second time staying at Maitopia with our cat, just as wonderful in a different warmer season. Tina was super responsive as usual and even accommodated a late checkout. We enjoyed feasting in the kitchen as well as grilling in the yard, floating around in the pool when it was warm enough out, "hiking" with our cat on a leash around the forest on the property, taking baths, streaming music. We didn't leave the property much, but it was a fun highlight to get a few local produce items at nearby Greig farm and meet the adorable goats. One tip- bring an eyemask if you're sensitive to light in the mornings- there aren't any window shades in the bedroom.

We had a beautiful stay in Kerhonkson for a relaxing bachelorette weekend! Lillian’s place is absolutely beautiful and was so comfortable for my friends and I. Everything was as described, extremely clean, plenty of linens and had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook a few meals. We enjoyed sitting by the pool when it was sunny. Lillian was very communicative and flexible with check in time. Thank you!

The cabin was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we needed after long days outside. We appreciated the quiet surroundings and thoughtful touches. Beautiful modern A-frame cabin tucked away in the woods. Amazing attention to detail on the inside & out. Easy drive to some great hikes & restaurants. We didn’t want to leave!

We stayed for 5 nights and had a great experience. The place was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed — comfy beds, quality linens, a well-equipped kitchen, and even a washer and dryer. No issues at all during our stay. The host was excellent — super responsive and kind. We accidentally left something behind, and they reached out right away to confirm and offered to send it back. Really appreciated that level of care. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My hubby and I enjoyed the stay at the tiny house as it was very peaceful and romantic. The place was clean, cozy and quiet. We really love the king size bed because it was so comfortable and the jacuzzi was amazing. Thank you Peri for hosting us.
