This unique cottage is located on the idyllic Wadden Sea island of Rømø. The house is located on a hilly natural plot with 180-degree panoramic views of meadows facing Rømø's wide, white beaches. The house sleeps 6 (+1 baby bed) and has a sauna. The house is bright and friendly and has a nice view to the west. The house has a nice, large open wooden terrace with panoramic views to the southeast and west. From the property, there is direct access to a bike and walking path that leads to Lakolk and the wide sandy beach.

Our cozy, very bright approx. 70 m² ground floor apartment with a single house character offers you an approx. 40 m² living/dining area with open kitchen, dining area and fireplace, an office room, a shower room with a walk-in shower, a separate bedroom, a large, covered terrace with sauna & whirlpool & an established garden. The beach, city center and train station are within walking distance in approx. 10-15 minutes away, the nearest supermarket is in the immediate vicinity. Dogs are welcome here!

The sauna in the large bathroom promises relaxation, from the upper bedrooms you can reach the balcony directly. The North Sea, the ferry terminal to the islands and Halligen, the train for trips to Sylt or DK, restaurants and shops can be reached within minutes by foot.

Very centrally located, yet quiet. Within walking distance are bakers (about 100 m), shopping, pharmacy and downtown Westerland. Westerland train station is only about 300 m away - an arrival by car is therefore in principle not necessary, but possible, as a parking space belongs to the apartment. It is about 700 m to the beach, and about 400 meters to the center with numerous shopping opportunities and an extensive range of restaurants.

Lovingly and with care, we have furnished our thatched cottage - in the hope that you and your family and / or friends will feel at home! A newly covered, local thatched roof, the restoration of the old dormer and a careful approach to the expansion in order to preserve as much as possible - that was important to us and characterizes this unique building. Unfortunately, we are not suitable for party groups!
