House holiday rentals in Midtown Atlanta

We are local to the neighborhood and rented the house for family during graduation. Hosts were very responsive and helpful. House was immaculate, and easy for friends and family to find. Highly recommend and will use again for out of town guests.

Happy to stay here again and bring the kiddos this time! We spent most of the time outside enjoying the peaceful surroundings, pool and hot tub. Great location- plenty of restaurant options and nearby grocery. No complaints and hope to stay again!

Ryan as a host was quite exceptional, very responsive and always went the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of! I had an incredible stay at this luxurious Airbnb! The space is beautiful! The views of the city are top tier—especially from the roof top! There’s so much you can do there without even having to leave! Whether you’re relaxing by the pool, enjoying the top-tier amenities, or just taking in the skyline, every moment here feels like a true luxury experience. The location is perfect too—everything you need is close by, we walked to Publix for groceries! If you’re looking for comfort, style, and convenience all in one, this is hands down the best place to stay. Worth every penny!

The place is perfectly located just as the host described. It was clean and all the instructions were clearly outlined to make the space easy to use. I had to get urgent assistance from the host because the courier left an important package in her locked mailbox and she was extremely accommodating.

Great place to stay. The home is very nice. Plenty of room, and great porches for relaxing outside. Overall a very nice BnB and I will use it again if I’m in the area.

Alex was proactive, checked on us went gave clear instructions got check in and check out. The place was absolutely lovely (even nicer than the photos ) and I appreciate the care given to clean up and hygiene; including bed covers on all mattresses. We would definitely book again!

Xavier is a star host! His place is clean and well equipped! I absolutely fell in love with the bathroom in the master suite! Also when we arrived we had snacks, drinks, waters, coffee and enough toiletries to last the 3 days we were there. If I am ever in the Atlanta area again I will be staying here again.

We loved Tina’s air bnb! It’s just minutes from the Beltline with so much to do! And the neighborhood is very walkable. The house was also very clean and having a washer and dryer was very handy!

Jaya's place is even nicer in person than in the pictures! 3 of us stayed and had a small handful of work colleagues over some of the evenings and it was perfect. The house is large and open and has a beautiful deck and garden for a great indoor/outdoor experience. Also very conveniently located and walkable. Would absolutely stay again when I'm visiting ATL for work!

This lovely cottage is in the perfect location, close to Grant Park and the Zoo, and is an easy drive to amenities such as grocery stores and restaurants. The house has a great backyard, is in a peaceful neighborhood and backs onto an urban garden/park which was a perfect place to walk my pup. The house itself is very comfortable with a great kitchen and living area. The description of the property was perfect, the instructions to find and enter the house were spot on and the hosts were great communicators, and responded quickly to any question I had. I highly recommend this spot, and hope to be back when I next visit Atlanta, if it is available!

Perfect little Atlanta spot in the fun and artsy Cabbagetown area. Just across the street from several restaurants and shops, and less than 15 min walk from many more. The home is very well decorated, updated, and has everything you need. It is small but functional, great for 2-3 adults max. Do expect some amount of noise from upstairs neighbors or patrons at the nearby bars, I wouldn't recommend for anyone traveling with a baby or young child! There were a few hiccups with our stay but Co-host Madeline was always available to help and extremely friendly and helpful. We genuinely enjoyed interacting with her. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Rebekah's place was as exactly as described in a peaceful neighborhood. We felt right at home and wish we could have stayed a few more day to explore the area. Rebekah was extremely accommodating and responsive with anything I may I have needed or any questions I had. Staying here was simply a joy and we would stay here again without question.

I had a wonderful stay here, this listing had everything I needed and more. And I can’t say enough good things about the host!! Priscilla is very responsive and great to work with. Everyone I encountered was incredibly friendly and helpful. The location is also exceptional, very walkable and safe. 10/10 listing, I highly recommend!!

this place was awesome as well just the way it looks in the pictures. That’s exactly how it was. The only thing is is that we needed to bring my nephews to the hospital and we needed to extend our stay the only thing that I wasn’t I didn’t like is thatwe got charged extra fees I didn’t understand why was it we were still getting a fee for Airbnb in taxes again to extend the same Airbnb I was staying in but otherwise it was a great stay the places. Awesome I love love love it there.

This is by far one of my favorite Airbnb’s I’ve stayed in. It was so beautiful, super clean, comfortable and it felt like home. Ami was super awesome and very communicative and helpful. I can’t wait to go back and highly recommend!
