House holiday rentals in Midtown, Memphis

We had an amazing trip to Memphis thanks to this Airbnb and Sarah! The place is so cute and in a great location, we were 10 minutes to downtown and Graceland! Sarah was so kind and friendly. She even bought us donuts on our first morning as a surprise!! She offered so many different guides to help us find restaurants and things to do. The house was clean, cute, and in a great location. The pool is AWESOME!! This is a definite must stay in Memphis! This is the best air bnb I’ve ever stayed in, definitely recommend staying here if you’re headed to Memphis!

The place was beautiful spacious just like the picture. The host was great at responding and rectified any situations that I had very helpful. I can’t describe how beautiful the house is. The pool area was fabulous more bedrooms than I can think of a lot of bathrooms a great place for a family gathering And had so many things that children can do inside the home games pool just chilling. It’s just a relaxed place.

I loved our stay. I was able to completely relax and enjoy my vacation time. the host, David was friendly and informative. He made certain that we understood their expectations and was available for any questions I had. I will definitely book again!

Julia was a great host. Good at checking in and quick with responding. The house was lovely, very clean and in a quiet neighborhood.

As written in the guestbook by our 9 year old daughter: We had a great time at your house. The outdoor and indoor parts of the house were super fun to play in! The WiFi was great! The game room was amazing! We loved that there was TVs in every room and the fact we did not have to split a room if we did not want to. The couches were very comfy and nice to watch TV! 10/10 house! The home was amazing. Very well decorated, clean and chocked full of everything I would need for my daughter's pool party/sleepover like extra roll out beds, pool toys, extra beach towels. Instructions were clear and it was easy to access the home. Would definitely recommend.

This home was super clean and extremely comfortable. Kitchen had everything you could need. Tea and coffee stations were extra special touches. All appliances were new, clean and worked perfectly. Hosts were extremely responsive and very patient with my questions. We're not very experienced Air BNB users but this was super easy and a very positive experience for us. Would definitely try to stay here again when we return to the area.

Ann’s place was everything I want an Airbnb to be clean, comfortable with lots of fun details. The space is very roomy with plenty of space to hang out. Obviously the pool is the star — the perfect place to cool off in the afternoon, or wind down after a night out. We also met Ann and she is such a delight! I would definitely book this place again the next time I’m in Memphis

Love our stay at Tim’s place. Space was exactly as described. Lovely and safe neighborhood. Close to amazing shops and restaurants and live music. Easy to get around. Tim was highly responsive to all communications and checked in to let us know to reach out if we needed anything. Would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!!!

We loved Kari's place. The house was really spacious, squeaky clean and we felt right at home. The area was brilliant- extremely walkable and safe. But what stood out for us was the warm welcome from Kari. She left us fabulous treats in the fridge, was really responsive and it was a pleasure to stay in her place. We loved Memphis and S. Cox St. Thanks Kari.

Highly recommend! Beautiful little home in a nice quiet neighborhood. Cute home with very nice kitchen and comfortable beds. My dogs loved the backyard and there were even dog bowls provided! I would stay here again for sure.

Beth was very responsive and friendly. We didn’t have any trouble getting in or with anything while we were there. We felt like it was a great location, close enough to everything we wanted to do. The house was clean and comfortable. Beth had some “Welcome Home!!” snacks waiting for us, plenty of toilet paper, as well as laundry detergent, which was so great! We will definitely stay here if we’re ever in Memphis again.

Our family enjoyed our stay at this beautifully decorated Memphis home! Our favorite parts were the hot tub and listening to records in the hidden room! David was a wonderful host, accommodating and responsive!

Jana and Pachy were very helpful. They responded to all our questions quickly and professionally. The house was great for kids and grown ups. We were very comfortable.

We loved the cottage! From the beautiful tree in front, to the fireplace, front patio, back deck, fabulous sunroom, and comfy beds, it was perfect. One unexpected benefit was the pair of friendly neighborhood cats that sat with us on the front patio for coffee and the back deck for evening chats. There were only two of us this trip, but often we are four and this house could easily accommodate all four. It is in a lovely neighborhood in walking distance to Overton Square for nightlife and Overton Park for daytime activities. We enjoyed live music and art shows at Brooks Art Gallery as well as live music at the Square. The weather cooperated so we could use the park trails every morning: our runner followed the measured and manicured trails while our walker meandered on the single track trails through the woods. We really enjoyed our stay. It felt very homey with comfortable furniture, well equipped and organized, and spotlessly clean. And the location just can't be beat, a short drive to all the fun stuff but also out of the way from the noise. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. We could really relax without any worries. When we had a minor issue with the garage door, Jim responded immediately and was at the house in 15 minutes to bring a solution. They were both super friendly and appreciated that we communicated the issue. We would definitely stay again if we are visiting Memphis again!

This place is a great location for visiting Memphis, just a short ride to all the local attractions and historical sites. The photos in the listing are absolutely what you are getting with this rental. Totally cozy, truly a great space located in a quiet neighborhood.

They were so responsive. The place was wonderfully furnished and decorated. The bed was so soft and big. The backyard was great for the dogs. The kitchen had everything. They even had monogrammed scarfs for the dogs even though we reserved the same day. It felt like a sanctuary

Was there for Rhodes College Graduation. House was as expected. Clayton was very accommodating and responsive. Decorated very nicely and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped as we prepared dinner several nights. The house was spacious and offered lots of entertainment for all ages. Abigail was amazingly helpful. She was extremely responsive and accommodating with check in and check out. She checked in periodically before and during the stay, which was great. The house was spacious and fully equipped with essentials needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. There is also a very cute guest book where guests complete a questionnaire of why they are in town, what they did, ate and recommendations for future guests which was a nice touch! I would definitely book again with Abigail the next time my family comes to Memphis to visit.

Corey's place is right in the heart of Midtown. Just minutes walk away from Overton Park and a block away from some amazing restaurants. You couldn't ask for a better location in Midtown. We were moving into our new house just blocks away and will certainly refer Corey's place for company when they come to visit us in Memphis.
