I found everything wonderful, clean ,organized was much better than I expected ,if I could give much more than 5 stars if there was this option . I definitely recommend it. I will go other times , I felt at home super at ease. Carol is extremely friendly and helpful to all the times I need to answer questions. I was really very happy with my reservation that I made Paty de Alferes at Carol's place. Gratitude for everything !

Mr. Renso welcomed us very well. The apartment is extremely clean, it even had more things than in the photos. Everything is new. All wonderful. The location is great too. We will definitely return to spend more days.

Luciana was a very friendly host and responded quickly to messages. The apartment was according to the photos of the listing. Some improvements have been suggested as hides in the bedrooms and change the pillows that were too thin. The location 10 minutes to Parque dos Dinos and 8 minutes to the center. Overall it was good.

Our accommodation in Miguel Pereira We had an amazing experience in the house we rented! From the moment we arrived, we realized that the property is exactly as in the photos, and even more elegant in person! 🏡✨ The neighborhood is not so beautiful, but the house inside is something surreal, everything clean, tidy, everything perfect, the house has everything guests need and they even surprised us with some lovely treats. Our stay was a real success and our whole family loved it! ❤️ We would like to especially thank Roberta, who was always attentive and gave us all the necessary support during our stay. Her hospitality made all the difference! 🙏 The city is beautiful, clean and the people are extremely polite. From the house to the center, it's only about 10 minutes, which made our tours much easier. We took the opportunity to discover great restaurants and had an unforgettable adventure on the Mountain Sled! 🚠🍽️ We will definitely stay at this wonderful house again! Gratitude

We had a wonderful experience in this house! The house is cozy, exactly as in the pictures, and the location is perfect, close to several attractions. A very nice place to relax. I recommend it to everyone and we'll be back for sure!

Wonderful Stay, Cozy House, Very Good Bed Linen, All Necessary Items Available In The House... Very close to the main tourist spots, Rua Coberta, Maria Fumaça, Rua Torta, and a wide range of shops. Congratulations. Certainly, returning to Miguel Pereira, we will be back at the house.

both the location and the apartment are great. it is not on the main street, but it is close and you can walk quietly. one of the rooms has a mattress with a massager that is good to relax. two details we did not expect and positively surprised us: they left separate toiletries for us (toothpaste, soap and towel); and we were able to park our car in the garage of the building. we were greeted by the host's parents, who were very attentive and friendly. our stay was short, but we were sure to return and recommend.

Great place to rest with the family and with great places nearby to enjoy. For couples it is also an excellent option. Extremely romantic climate.

My stay at Rubens' property in Itaipava was excellent! The environment was impeccably clean and very well cared for. The location is great, quiet and at the same time close to the main points of the region. The condominium's amenities perfectly met expectations — everything was very organized and functional. The bed and bath linens were clean and fragrant, providing even more comfort during the stay. A special detail was the treat left for guests, showing affection and attention to detail. I recommend and would be back for sure!

My wife and I had a great experience with the accommodation. Mrs. Cristina is to be congratulated, we were well received! The room is extremely clean, super fragrant! We went on 06/15 and it was a nice cold, but inside the room it was so cozy, super soft duvet that made the night super pleasant. Apart from the pampering, it cooperated even more to make everything even better! I highly recommend it and we are already organizing ourselves to go again.
