Limited to one group per day, it is a small building, so 2-3 people can relax. The building is made of natural materials such as plaster walls, rice husk floors, and bedrooms made of Hinoki wood from Mie Prefecture, so you can relax with peace of mind. In winter, you can use the wood stove. Special acoustic wooden speakers let you listen to music on records, CDs, and Bluetooth. You can also have a simple farming experience in the fields of the June Farm, where we grow pesticide-free vegetables. (Reservations required, fee applies) You can fully enjoy the blessings of nature that are different from your usual life in the city. You can cook for yourself using seasonal pesticide-free vegetables and Matsusaka beef from a nearby butcher shop. You can enjoy freshly ground coffee with a hand mill. (Original blend coffee beans for a fee) Please bring your own sleeping clothes and bath towels. (There are face towels. Bath towels are available for rent) The location is a quiet countryside. We recommend you come by car. Please use the gravel parking lot next to the warehouse.

　It is a quasi-new building completed in February 2019. It is a modern Japanese-style building that will delight families, groups, and foreign guests. There are 3 rooms on the 2nd floor (total capacity 10 people), a large living room (with kitchen) on the 1st floor that can also be used as a bedroom (capacity 5 people), and a library that can also be used as a bedroom (capacity 3 people). In addition to a cafe and lunch in a separate building, you can also enjoy various events such as concerts and workshops. There is a Schutter grand piano. At night, there is little light around, so you can see the starry sky. Limited to one group, you can enjoy a private time without being disturbed by anyone. The facility is surrounded by nature, so we take measures to prevent insects, but in rare cases, insects may enter the room. We appreciate your understanding. Because it is surrounded by forests, there are many insects, especially in summer. If you don't like insects, we recommend staying in winter when there are fewer insects. We have insect repellent spray and other items available, so please feel free to use them.

Access is a 14-minute walk from Meitetsu and Higashi-Okazaki Stations and a 9-minute drive from the Tomei Expressway and Okazaki Interchange. It is a 10-minute walk to Kosei City area and a 21-minute walk to Okazaki Castle. It is in a very accessible location for cherry blossom viewing and fireworks displays in Otsuka. The room is located on the 4th floor of a reinforced concrete apartment building. There is parking for one car. You can also use it for long-term stays for business, etc. Group guests are limited to 4 people. If you are staying with your family, we can accommodate up to 5 people. Please ask me. Please be mindful of not having loud conversations or making vibrations late at night. We receive guests and hand over the keys in person. To make your reception smoother, we'll create a guest list in advance I will take it. Once you've booked, please send us your name, address, and occupation by the day before check-in. Check-in will take place at the reception on the ground floor of the building. To verify your identity, we'll check your ID, such as your license.

This newly renovated house is located in between Chubu airport and the Nagoya area. The closest station is Obu station and it only takes seven minutes to get there on foot. You have an an easy access to Nagoya city, IKEA, Nagashima Spa land, LEGO land, and so much more! Also it is approximately 45 minutes away from the Nagoya Centrair Airport if you take the highway. There is one parking spot provided. *IMPORTANT* If your nationality is not Japanese, you must bring your Zairyu card or Passport.
