This is the largest ocean view unit in the building, Gem base in Suma.(Room No. 1) During the summer swimming season (July and August), the sea house opens and the BBQ restaurant next door will be lively until about 21 o'clock at night. Because the railroad is near, you will hear the sound of the train driving. Paid parking is not available onsite, so pay parking is available nearby. The interior is the main accommodation room on the second floor, and the first floor is a large free space (with a sofa bed) that can be used freely, not only for couples and friends, but also from families with small children to business travelers. You can also enjoy the BBQ on the large lawn terrace facing the sea on the premises♪ (please use the hot plate and extension cord provided.No charcoal available) The neighborhood is a windsurfing shop, so you can rent a sup, have a windsurfing school, or try a marine sport!(Reservation required) 4-minute walk from Suma Station along the beach!

This is a completely private place to stay in a loft house.We can accommodate up to 14 people.Of course, it will not be shared with other customers or staff.You can also barbecue at a great price (1,000 yen per person) in partnership with the nearby Inari Chaya BBQ Square.(With charcoal, stove, and tongs) At check-in and check-out, you can pick up and drop off at Motomachi Station and Municipal Subway Kenchomae Station (Sannomiya Station is also available when you check out). The room has 2 Western-style rooms, a Japanese-style room, 2 lofts, a large living room, a kitchen, and an indoor bath and an open-air bath.There are 2 toilets indoors and 1 outdoor bath.There is also a free washer and dryer. Supported languages are Japanese, English, Chinese, and Taiwanese.Up to 3 pets are accommodated.Only small dogs are allowed indoors for 3,000 yen per dog.

I am an Artist / Photographer born in Kyoto I started hosting because I love meeting people from all over the world and making new friends. This place used to be one big guesthouse, but during Covid19, I have stopped running the guesthouse and I moved in with my wife and 2 kids. Still I didn't want to give up so I left the good parts. Private cypress bath and renovated rooms and made another entrance for the Guests. So now it is 2 separate house Please check the house rules before you book.

There are 2 bedrooms(Tatami-room) and 1 living room, gameroom, bathroom, shower toilet, all of the room are only for you. *Children is free of charge if your children don't need a bed and break fast. There are air conditioners in bedroom and livingroom.
