Come and enjoy a cottage in South Savo by the unique and clean water of September. There is a modern and lamellar log villa built in 2018 with all the amenities and a lot on the shore of Syysjärvi. Distance from the metropolitan area about 2.5 hours. Siiskonen's bakery is nearby about 10 minutes by car and Mikkeli shops can be reached by car in less than half an hour. At Siiskonen's bakery, you'll get a tasty lunch, coffee bread, and other treats, as well as an electric car conveniently charged.

The new, fully equipped villa is situated in a tranquil location on the shore of the clear and pristine Lake Kuolimo. It is the perfect place to escape from everyday life and enjoy nature. The main building is located on top of a hill, and almost every window offers beautiful lake views. Along the shoreline, there is also a separate sauna building. The villa is suited for families or small groups. Parties or other big catherings are not allowed. The stated number of guests must not be exceeded.

Modern Scandi design Villa by a beautiful lake

The villa is a very modern “Scandinavian design”, fully equipped villa that was built in 2011 and we use it year around as our second home. It is located in Mäntyharju in Finland, by a beautiful, clean lake with a private beach, 2 hours/190km drive from the Helsinki city center or Helsinki-Vantaa airport. Our villa is mainly for our private use, but selectively rented some weeks per year. It is suitable for couples, adult travelers and families with kids. Strictly no parties/pets.

Peaceful villa near lake

Villa Leikon – a holiday right next to clean nature and lakes. Cottage accommodates four people. There is room for two to sleep downstairs and two more up in the loft. The detached sauna building also has a spacious bedroom which accommodates two more people. In total six people can comfortably stay. The beach sauna building is nicely attached to the main building with an open terrace. The cottage is surrounded by almost undisturbed nature with enough space for outdoor relaxing.
