Waqar was a wonderful host and the villa was everything we needed it was just perfect. Waqar was on hand and very responsive if we needed him. The villa is in a lovely spot very clean and easily accessible. We will most definitely be visiting again soon. Thank you waqar

Nice Villa with two apartments at different floors. The communication with Ali was great and he’s a nice guy. We only had a minor issue with one of the showers’ drain, for the rest it was a nice staying.

Everything was as it appeared in the photos. The house was fully furnished, everything was considered in the kitchen. The house was very clean. There were 4 of us and the pool was quite sufficient. It was close to the grocery store,restaurants and the beach. There was air conditioning in every room, the view of the terrace was very nice. Everything was very nice, thank you very much. We felt like we were at home, very comfortable. The host, Ms. Nur, responded quickly to all our questions and provided convenience. We learned that there was a general problem in Akbuk, the tap water was salty. You need to use ready water to eat tea and coffee, a little information for those who will go:)

Mr. Rabi and Ms. Hatice were extremely understanding, kind and helpful about everything about the house, the house was immaculate, very useful and peaceful. The garden/balcony pleasure in figs, olives, bougainvillea, pomegranate, mimosa trees were beautiful, the terrace with a view on the upper floor was beautiful, the location was very central. When I come to Akbuk, I even don't even look for another house, and thank you for being pet-friendly.

We stayed for 2 nights as four people (two couples), everything was better than we expected. The house was spotless, the rooms are spacious and tastefully furnished. There was air conditioning, but the ceiling fans were enough because the weather was cool. The kitchen had everything we needed, dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator were all brand new. The sea view from the balcony was great, the surroundings are very calm, only the sound of waves can be heard in the evening. The beach is in 2 minutes on foot, and several grocery stores are a 5-minute drive away. The internet was very good, and the smart TV with YouTube was also enjoyable. We prepared our breakfast and dinner at home every day. The host, Ms. Ayten, was very sweet and caring, acting like our mother. He even let us pick lemons from his garden. There were very cute cats in the house, we loved them too. It was a really peaceful and pleasant holiday, we would definitely recommend it!

The most beautiful house in a lovely area. The house was very clean and the amenities were great. The view was amazing and both pools available were incredible. I would love to stay again. Guven was also an incredibly nice and helpful host who made the trip even better. Thank you!

Mr. Salim was very kind, very welcoming. He resolved any issues right away. In particular, Mr. Salim's parents came every day and asked if we needed anything. The house had everything we needed. Many places around where we could shop and eat were just a few minutes away by car. It was a nice experience, we think we'll come back.

Ahmet is the most helpful landlord I've met so far! We were 7t (2 families) in Ahmet's house- with the most beautiful views of Bodrum! The house is very well maintained, the pool & terrace a place both to have fun and to relax! We got a rental car with Ahmet's support (parking at the house) and were on a beach exploration tour daily before going on city exploration in the evening for any hours by the pool! The house has the separate bedroom with private bathroom, at ground level to the pool/terrace, as well as a toilet in the main house, on the first floor 3 bedrooms with wonderful views and 2 bathrooms! The kitchen is very spacious! The terrace offers shade spots! So if Bodrum, then with Ahmet and Valerie- a courteous and very polite couple of landlords! Absolutely recommended as a retreat and enjoyment point and Bodrum is this house!

The house was already beautiful, but Ms. Aydan's clarity and helpfulness were great. I was able to get an answer from him at any moment. We will definitely meet again. I think the most important criterion when renting a house is the landlord :)

The house was very nice, modern and new. The house is in very good condition, with wonderful pool and view. It is located in the golf club a little outside, but very easy to reach, with supermarket and restaurant. All three bedrooms have a own bathroom. The beach club is about 5 km from the house. It has wonderful water and is very empty. You have the feeling that you have the beach all to yourself. We have spent a wonderful week in Can house. He is very helpful and answered quickly to every question. We will definitely come back. Thank you for a wonderful time.

Fantastic villa for 7 friends in a beautiful location. We loved it, walking distance to the beach and lots of restaurants as well as the harbour where we took a boat trip. The owner was very helpful and made us feel right at home. Would definitely recommend!

Yavuz place looks exactly like the photos. We had an amazing stay, would highly recommend. Everything was squeaky clean and the place was fully organized with numerous amenities. The host was always responsive and helpful. Very close to Bodrum downtown, only 5 min car ride and 15 min walk.

There was a place above what we expected. Thank you very much for your special interest and relevance and sincere attitude to Mr. Mehmet. If we come back, we would prefer the same place again.👍🏻

The items and air conditioners are enough , the beds are very comfortable , the kitchen is very clean and convenient . There are 9-10 villas on the site, and the host's office is on the site . Very quiet and clean and the air is good . Ms. Adalet solves it immediately when there is a very relevant problem. There is no parking problem, it is very safe . What I just want to have is a barbecue in the garden or the barbecue can be very nice. You can rent it with your eyes closed. First of all, I guarantee it will be a safe rental. Ms. Adalet, the house does not have its own owner vehicle, etc. If I go to Akbük again, I will rent it again. I hope you wake up in the smell of pine.

Our stay at this Airbnb facility was absolutely fantastic! The facility was spotlessly clean and very well maintained, which immediately gave us a feeling of comfort and relaxation. The pools were in excellent condition and provided a refreshing cooling on warm days. Another highlight was the direct access to the private beach directly from the complex. It was a real luxury to easily open the door after 2 min. to feel the warm sand between your toes. The tranquility in this place was remarkable, and the high safety standards gave us an additional feeling of serenity. Overall, our stay here was a fantastic experience. We enjoyed the cleanliness and care of the complex, the first-class pools and the amenity to get directly to the private beach. The peaceful atmosphere and the excellent safety measures made our holiday perfect. We highly recommend this home!

We spent the holiday with 4 people and a dog. Ms. Burçak is a very kind and helpful host. Torba is also calm and the location of the house makes it easy to access the market, bakery, etc. You can stay with peace of mind.

There was a 2nd pool just in front of the house right in front of the house. There was an aqua park on the site, it was quite enough for us. There was a beach with free shuttle service to the site. The beach was stony but the water was very nice. There was a market next to the aqua park, the prices of the site were suitable. The migros shock carrefour macrocenter was available 100 meters away from the site. It was easy to get to us at home. Our owners met us at home and the house. The beds were prepared for us. The beds were prepared for us. They gave us information about the house and the environment, even without going to my friend, but also for a very nice house.

Nuray and her sons are very nice and helpful, the house is amazing and the view is just incredible, the house is new and the furniture also, we found everything in the house and we didn’t need anything, they were always there for us when asking about something in bodrum and were always suggesting stuff to do and places to go to. It was a quiet villa in the Bosphorus neighborhood. Having its own beach on the site was an important bonus. In addition, the house was built in modern architecture and had a beautiful garden and pool.
