The Establishment - At The Old Cedar Farmhouse

1st floor of completely renovated turn of the century farmhouse on over 1/2 an acre of peacefulness located right off of route 1 and across the street from the DART Bus Station where you can hop on the bus to Lewes, Rehoboth, and Dewey Beach every 30 minutes. Centrally located to drive to all coastal Delaware beaches, restaurants, and shopping. **Sound deafening insulation in the ceiling; however, you may hear some noise from upstairs guests. Please be aware of this prior to booking.**

The Barn

Welcome to the Barn. It can host up to 4 guests. The bedroom is private with a queen size bed, a closet and a tv. In the living room there is a sleeper sofa that converts to a queen size bed. The living room tv can be enjoyed throughout as the space is open. Step out onto the porch and enjoy the sunrise in the morning and the horses throughout the day. The barn is only 35 miles to the beaches and only 12 miles to DE Turf. Within 1 mile you will find stores, dog parks and playgrounds.

Our beach house is a quick 10 minute drive to the DE Turf Complex making it an ideal location for sports enthusiasts looking for a convenient place to stay during events. For those looking for shopping and dining, Milford is only a 10 minute drive.

Come stay at our favorite little beachtown condo in Lewes! This 1st floor 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo has everything you need for an enjoyable and relaxing vacation! You will be just a few miles to the beach and outlet malls, have access to the community pools (May-Sept), park, and sport courts, and will be within walking distance to several great restaurants and shops. While we are "pet friendly" only 1 pet (dog or cat, 40lb maximum) is allowed per the HOA rules.
