Apartment ideally located between the Arena (amphitheater) less than 100 meters and the Maison Carrée (listed by UNESCO in 2023), close to the magnificent Museum of Romanity. You are 5 minutes walk from the Halles de Nîmes and very close to the Jardin de la Fontaine. The rental includes access to the Arena car park (maximum height: 1 meter 90) for the duration of your stay, located 200 meters from the apartment. You will be only a few minutes from the SNCF train station (approx. 500 meters).

Flat 2 rooms, 40 m², located on the groud floor of a 17th century house including one living room with a dining space, a sleeping room, kitchen, bathroom with shower, all equiped, combines the charm of ancient houses with authenticity and contemporary comfort; located in a calm street of the Roquette district close to city center. Ideal for a couple but can accomodate up to 3 persons or two kids thanks to a large 140 sofa bed . You can eat outside in a shaded area at the corner of the house.

Au coeur du parc des Alpilles de Provence un jolie duplex au premier étage, en plein centre du village de Fontvieille, proche de l’église construite aux XVII siècle. Maison ancienne récemment restaurée, d’un mélange d'ancien et de moderne, tout confort (chauffage Clim plus une cheminée salle de douche et WC, plus un WC indépendant, cuisine moderne complètement équipée, accès wifi, Tv, plus Tv avec des disques ) non loin d'Avignon, Arles, Saint-Rémy de Provence, Les Baux de Provence.

Parking gratuit devant la Résidence,Il n y a pas de fenêtre...une seule dans la salle de bain....mais une porte vitree que vous pouvez laisser ouverte l 'ete car elle donne sur le jardin. Draps,torchons et serviettes non fournis.Pas de plaque de cuisson mais un micro ondes.

Composed of an entrance, a living room kitchen with a mezzanine for sleeping and a bathroom with shower. The set overlooks course, without opposite. Nîmes is classified city of art and history and will delight its visitors thanks to the Roman remains it houses.

You will be close (5 minutes on average), to all the monuments, restaurants, the Halles, the train station. You will have free use of my parking space (closed and covered, H 1.90 m) 50m from the apartment The apartment is on the 2nd floor (no elevator) and has steps to access it. All windows are equipped with double glazing.
