Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Located in Bishops Landing, this new home with amenities like 2 pools, tennis courts, and a dog park, is located 5 miles away from Bethany Beach. *NOTE: The property is not pet friendly, but the owner's dogs are present when owner is there. Guests with severe allergies should keep this in mind when booking. *All guests must be 25 years old, except for children with parents. *Guests must sign HOA document before arrival.

Beach gear available.There is no access to or from main house, but some muffled noise can be heard during the day, including a small dog. Self check in with a key, but no late check in, please, ty!
