Paul's place

This flat is close to public transport and within easy walking distance of the town centre. The street outside is extremely quiet, and this apartment is at the rear of the main building, thus ensuring a truly peaceful stay for our guests. It is ideally oriented towards the southwest, capturing maximum sun, late morning to late evening. It is great for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. This is not my original studio/loft of earlier times!! Key words: Calm, sunny, modern!!

Located opposite the Meuse and 5 minutes from the city center, this charming studio will seduce you with its comfort and functionality. Ideal for 2 people, it has a sleeping area separated from the living room (140 cm bed), an equipped kitchen, a bathroom with toilet and a large closet to store your belongings! You can work there since it has a desk with internet access. The apartment is located on the second floor of a building with elevator access. The entrance is not automated.
