A custom-built "Tiny House" located right between our new dinner theater and our garden dining area. True to the show "Tiny House Nation"; cool interior with custom woodwork, stairs to a lofted bed. Fully functioning kitchen. Spacious bathroom & shower. We provide TVs and internet in the units but the quality of service is not guaranteed. We are in a rural area and sometimes it's slow or not working at all. If TV and internet are super important for your stay we may not be the right fit.

If you are looking for a quiet place to relax, read your favorite book on an empty beach, fish or crab, visit the famous Rehoboth Boardwalk or shop at the outlets, this is the place for you. Several restaurants are with in a 5 minute walk and Dogfish Head Brewery is less than 1 mile away. Lewes Beach and Cape Henlopen are 15 to 20 minutes. Additionally some of the best fresh water bass fishing is 300 yards away. Some of the amenities include Fire pit, webber gas grill, 2 screened in porches, 3 beach cruisers.

We looked high and low for the "perfect" beach property for years. We've spent many Sunday afternoons taking a stroll on the beach (even in winter!).
