Welcome. My place is a quiet and secluded retreat, an easy ten minute drive from the centre of the city. Situated in a tree filled suburb at the beginning of the magnificent Otago Peninsula area. The annex is private from the main part of the house with its own entrance and suits one or two people. The garden is a work in progress, depending on the season, with a sheltered, sunny courtyard for your use. There is a small outlook over the harbour water, giving you a glimpse of the city and hills.

Lots of indoor games, magazines and toys so its a great place to relax whatever the weather. Sheltered back lawn and BBQ. Parking outside the crib for 3 vehicles.

Stunning sea side location of this beautiful new spacious beach house will provide a peaceful and quiet place to relax and enjoy the pristine Catlins Coast. Kaka points safe, lifeguard patrolled beach (summer) is across the road. House is located only 200m from the Point Cafe/store/bar and local play ground. Explore Nugget Pt and enjoy spotting the spectacular sea lions basking on the rocks. Hide away to watch the yellow eyed penguins arrive at Roaring bay. Local bush walks within 1 km.

Dogwood cottage

Catch the Aurora Australis from the beach or watch the sunrise over the ocean from your private deck. Warm, one-bedroom cottage, surrounded by wildflowers, has 3 beds and a cot. Kitchenette has microwave, kettle, toaster and electric benchtop cooker. Ensuite bedroom has a queen bed and cot. The spacious lounge/dining room has 2 fold-out double sofabeds. The Lookout is a luxurious self contained small house with wonderful harbour views and a rural back drop. Only 18 mins from Dunedin and 2 mins from Port Chalmers cafes, restaurants, shops and pubs. The Lookout has an open living space including the kitchen. A compact bathroom and mezzanine bedroom with breathtaking views. Stay in a tree house, nestled among the native trees and birds, with your own private deck, views looking over the taieri mouth river and ocean and straight to Moturata Island which is a distinctive landmark and can be walked to at low-tide. the Studio is heated by heat pump, double glazing, very cosy warm space. access to property does have a steep driveway but the view is worth it. The Retreat was established by the Clark family who live on, and farm the surrounding land. The Clark's have been farming the 685 hectare coastal property in the Catlins for the last 25 years.
