South Bend, 1 Bedroom Cottage Built in 1912

South Bend historic cottage in the National Historic District of Chapin Park. Close to Notre Dame. One dog is welcome. No cats. There is a queen sized bed and a sofa, NOT sofa bed in the sitting room. This cottage built in 1912. Private and cozy, the cottage has a big screen TV, wifi and a gourmet kitchen. The owner lives almost directly behind and is available and happy to assist. Chapin Park's tree-lined, brick streets and diverse historic architecture are charming. No smoking.

Super spacious 1 bedroom apartment above a quiet business just east of downtown Niles on Main Street. Great for traveling to Notre Dame, St. Mary's, and beaches in Bridgman and St. Joe. This apartment is located above a quiet business that operates Monday through Friday. The stairs to access the apartment are steep and narrow, please be aware for anyone who may have mobility issues. The only shared space is one common door that splits access to the business from the upstairs apartment.

Stay in our studio apartment suite with private exterior door entrance. Hosts live in the rest of the house. From the backyard you can fish, kayak/canoe, paddle board, enjoy a bonfire, grill, and relax by the river. There's a king memory foam bed, sleeper sofa, and 49" TV. This cozy apartment is 15 minutes away from the University of Notre Dame and just 5 minutes away from the Michigan/ Indiana border. Complete with 1 bedroom, 1 full bathroom, and complete laundry room. The living room has 1 queen bed, a pull out minimalistic sectional for extra guests, as well as a 75" SMART TV. One vehicle can park here with its own designated parking spot.
