This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, and private garden full of Mediterranean plants. Access to the beach is shared and it takes only 10 minutes down the stairs to the beach. The beaches are beautiful with crystal clear sea precisely because there are fewer tourists than in the center. Ideal for a family with children. Welcome!

It consist of living room, 3 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, laundry room and large terrace on which one can relax in shades and peace. And it is only 10 meters away from the sea!
