We created a private studio surrounded by the sea by narrowing the living space to allow for aerial yoga, pilates, dance, stretching, hammocks, and light weight training, and allocating space for movement and retreat, so that you can refresh your body and mind.

Due to the renovation of ancient houses, there are rooms that are difficult to open and close, and there are places where you can feel the gap.Please refrain from using it if you are concerned about dust, insects, etc. I recommend it for those who can enjoy camping. * Please note that turtle bugs appear in autumn and spring. The ceiling fan, and antique lights were added during the renovation. There are rooms in which furniture will not open and close smoothly as well as many drafts. If you do not want to encounter insects or be in a dusty environment, you may want to avoid staying here. On the other hand, if you love camping, we highly recommend staying here!

This is an entire place on the shore of a lake with a large garden on the banks of Otsuka Ichi, which is also selected as one of Ibaraki sightseeing.Designed as an architect's home, it's a great view upstairs when you go up the stairs to the entrance. The dining kitchen and the 15 tatami mat living room connected to the bedroom are also great for spacious parties. We have also completed our new room "Kado" from the spring of 2024! You can enjoy the garden and Otsuka Pond more, and the semi-double bed is arranged.(Use fee 7,000 yen or more for 10 people or free of charge) There is also a BBQ rental (5,000 yen), so please use the garden too!
