The bedroom on the ground floor has a lock, so privacy is guaranteed There are bathrooms on the first and second floor. Please relax in this guest room located in a quiet residential neighborhood.　The host is a professional snowboarder, carpenter, and electrician. We would like to share information with our guests who come for the outdoors, such as snowboarding, surfing, SUP, fishing, and mountain climbing, so that they can enjoy the best of their day. This is a 2LDK apartment with all new system kitchen, washstand, bath, toilet, air conditioner, wallpaper, furniture, appliances, and lighting. There is a large 50-inch TV in the living room and a 40-inch TV in the bedroom. The entrance to the building is equipped with security cameras, there is an intercom with a monitor at the front door, a fire alarm system throughout the building, all electric power, and floor heating in the winter for the safety of children. There is also free wifi. USB outlets. Work was carried out in December 2019 to replace the hot water tank with a hot water boiler. There is no need to worry about hot water.

Private Apartment Good Base for Hokkaido Trip

Located is south area of Sapporo.There has good nature . The apartment is 2-floors with kitchen and bath room. Able to stay up to 6 people maximum, kids(under 10years old) are free. The house is not close to subway ST .But very close to the bus stop.It takes 30mins ¥210 by bus from Sapporo ST. In along the large street, easy to find by car. You can feel like a local Sapporo life.
