House holiday rentals in Minamiaso, Aso District

Villa Ocean Blue. Ocean & Mountain Views 110sqm

The house was built in 2005 and has 3 bedrooms but the first floor has been partially renovated in October 2024. There is an outside deck that has panoramic views over famed surfing mecca of Kanegahama beach. Bedding is one queen, one double and two single beds. There is also a futon mattress that can be used if needed (it is not as comfortable as the beds!). As this house is in a residential area, we ask all guests to refrain from making loud noise/music outside, especially after dark.

Spacious living room and kitchen. 2 Japanese style rooms with 10 square meters separately. 2 Western style rooms with 1X1.4 meters and 1X1.7 meters width beds. 2 independent toilets, 1 shower and bath tub room, and 1 independent face washing room. One-minute walk from coin public car parking lot. 3 minutes' walk to Gyomu Super or Yanagi-Bashi Seafood Market. Sunny Food Supermarket which 7/24 opens and professional food supermarket Hyakushunkan are both within 6 minutes' walk.

One private holiday home at the foot of Mount Aso.

Main bedroom has 2 beds, a big closet, working space and another Japanese style room has two futons. The kitchen is fully equipped so that you can use it for a long stay without any inconvenience. There is a wood stove in the living room which is available in winter after receiving instructions from the host. The host lives next house, but of course will not disturb you unless guest's requests. Our 花hana is located at the foot of Mt. Aso, so we coexist with the wild animals and rich nature.

丸ごと一軒家のレンタルです。 表示料金は1棟2名までのご利用の場合となります。 定員は4名ですので、宿泊人数を入力の上ご予約ください。 チェックインは15:00〜18:00、チェックアウトは10:00です。 対面で受付いたしますので、大体の到着予定時刻をお知らせください。 駐車場は敷地入口にあります。 敷地内にカフェを併設しており、ホスト自慢のタコス料理を食べることもできます（おひとり様¥1,200〜）。必要な場合は事前にお知らせください。 施設内のバーベキューコーナーの利用も可能です(施設利用料¥3,000〜、材料と調味料だけお持ちください)。 近隣にレストランはありますが、17〜18時頃に閉店しますので、到着が遅くなる場合は、夕食はあらかじめ済ませて来られることをお勧めします。
