Villa holiday rentals in Minamiboso

房子位置很方便，离地铁站步行两三分钟就到了，房东非常棒，很热情，入住指引非常清晰！

This property was very clean, which is one of the first things I look for in a property. Kitchen was sufficiently stocked with basic items, but no coffee maker. There’s one shower on the second level, but bathrooms on the first and third levels so a lot of walking up and down. This place was a little far from the main attractions but close to the subway so convenient for transportation. The only other thing I didn’t love was the beds are super firm, so not as comfortable as I prefer. But close to 7/11 and Lawson. This place worked well for my family of 4. Nice to not be in the center of a crowded city but would’ve liked to be a little closer.

The place is a bit smaller than we initially thought from the photos, but we all still had a great time overall. It didnt feel overly crowded even with 9 people, since we were out and about all the time. The only real issue was the dryer not drying our clothes very well, but run it enough times and youll get there. Overall solid place 👍🏻👍🏻

1-3歳の子供連れ3家族で利用しましたが、広くて綺麗な部屋と子供のおもちゃなども豊富にあり、大変快適にくつろいで過ごせました。 ホストの方の返答も早くいただけ、チェックイン等もスムーズでした。

This was a great place for my family (2 adults, 2 kids 7&9) to stay for one night. Umine was very great to work with and allowed us to store our luggage. It is right near the train station, some convenience stores, the water, and restaurants.

We had a nice stay in this villa, a quiet and peaceful street and easy to get to the city center.

We LOVED our stay at Asami's house. There are many walkable restaurants and access to the train is fantastically easy. The home fit our family's needs perfectly, with room for our teens upstairs and comfortable bedrooms downstairs, too. The kitchen/living level was an excellent place to gather after a long day of exploring and we felt right at home. Everything was as listed and the user handbook was very helpful, too. Thank you for an exceptional accommodation, Asami!

Our family of 5 from the states had plenty of space and felt right at home. The home is in a good location for the train when you want to explore, but peaceful and quiet when it’s time to relax. The neighborhood has lots of convenient shops and everyone was very friendly and helpful, despite the language barriers. It is a quiet neighborhood, perfect for a vacation, and not a place to party late at night. However there were bars open late and plenty of food options near by. The stairs to the second floor were too steep for anyone with mobility issues, but the bottom floor is very spacious. We enjoyed our stay and would love to return someday!

非常に快適に過ごすことができました。 テントサウナオプションとBBQオプションを利用しましたが、着火剤が豊富にあり、持参したバーナーも用いることで、非常に素早くアクティビティを体験できました。 全体的に清潔に保たれており、滞在したメンバー一同満足していました。 ただ、泊まることができる人数に対してWiFiの強度がそこまで高くありません。大人数での宿泊を考えている方はそこに注意したほうがいいかもしれません。 一般的な通信はできますが、大人数で同時に快適な通信を行うことは難しいです。 また旅行に行く際にはぜひ利用させていただきたいと思っています。 ありがとうございました！

Momo's villa in Shinjuku was exactly as pictured. She was very communicative and clear in her instructions. Momo also went out of her way and provided a welcome gift of fresh fruits and water bottles for us, along with a handwritten message. The house was a more traditional Japanese house with futon beds in each room. While it did have a separate room for the 3 couples staying there, a small advisory is that one of the "rooms" is also the main living area. That made it difficult for our group to hang out together. The stairs to the bedrooms upstairs are also a bit steep and narrow, which was fine for our group but may not be for others. We would stay here again.

Great space in the middle of a lively neighborhood!

とても綺麗で設備や備品も整っていて快適に過ごせました。プールが温水？なのか10月でも入れました。とても楽しかったです。

ホストの方も担当の方も丁寧にご説明・ご対応してくださりとても気持ち良い宿泊になりました。宿も大人数でお借りしたため母屋と離れを使わせていただき、広々と過ごすことができました。ありがとうございました。 BBQも使いやすく、設備の中にかまって釜があったのも驚きでした！自分達はいけませんでしたが、近くに薪の無人販売があり、そこまでいけばできるようです^^

Beautiful immaculate home! Very responsive host. The pool was warm and inviting. The house was extremely comfortable, and we had a wonderful stay!! We loved that Lawson's was right next door. Five star stay!

写真通りの素敵な建物でした。部屋も広く清潔でした。ベッドルームも3部屋あり、大人数で快適に過ごせました。 サウナが温まらないトラブルがありましたが、連絡したところすぐに解決方法を教えていただけました。ありがとうございました。

今回利用させていただいた施設は、設備がとても充実していて快適に過ごすことができました。 特に良かったのは、清潔で広々としたプールやリラックスできるサウナ、心地よいジャグジーなど、リフレッシュできる設備が整っていた点です。バーベキュー設備も完備されており、大人数でも楽しい時間を過ごすのにぴったりでした。 また大画面LEDモニターで見る映画、聴く音楽などは迫力満点で他ではできない体験でした。 寝室が4つ、大人数でも気兼ねなく滞在できたのも魅力です。さらに、大きな駐車場もあり、複数のグループでも車で来る方にもとても便利だと思います。 全体的にとても満足度の高い滞在でした。また機会があればぜひ利用したいです。
