Spruce Cottage is a newly built, private cottage with a comfortable size, built in a quiet location Just 70 minutes from Tokyo by Shinkansen. You can relax and enjoy the seasonal nature of Echigo-Yuzawa. It has an open dining kitchen, a raised relaxation space, and a spacious upstairs bedroom. Bedding is available for 2 single beds (2 people), 1 double futon (2 people), and 1 single futon (1 person), depending on the number of people booked. Since 5 adults would be cramped, we can only accept up to 5 people, including children (infants). There are many ski resorts within a 10-minute drive, so you can try out various ski resorts depending on the weather, snow conditions, and your mood. Recommendations from spring to fall Yuzawa Fishing Park, river play spots, Nakazato Firefly Village, etc. are very close by. We also book BBQ grill rentals. (Optional 5,500 yen, inquiry required) It's a little bit far from the station and the city center, but It is a 5-minute drive to the supermarket and convenience store, so it is not inconvenient. * Please be sure to read other things to note before booking.

Naeba Ski Resort - Cabin away from usual life　

hi, if you are lookng for a cottage away from mordan city life style, perhaps this is a perfect place to stay and explore the nature. if you are lookng for a luxury hotel with full service, we wouldn't recommend this place at all. in winter there are 2 options to clime up to our cabin from parking lot. 1. by walk in deep snow. - 25 mins. with snow shoes or long boots. 2. by snow car. - 5 mins. only available 9:00 - 16:45, free for 2 times per day. if you miss operation hours, see no.1.

The kids were busy with bouldering, table tennis, and a large garage. The view was also good, and it was a luxurious place to enjoy the BBQ slowly. The owner came to explain, and I heard that I had seen it on TV, and when I checked, you went to Japan.

Good place- about 10-15 mins walk from train. It's a hotel. Laundry and dryer available (bring coins and soap) . Clean comfortable rooms . Area by hotel not much to do but very close to station and convenient. If you have big luggage leave it at Echizo Yugawa station lockers!! (Super easy)

Very happy with our experience with our stay Slightly inconvenient location, not walkable, but all stay was very happy and satisfied All communication with the host was included and the help they provided was quite satisfying! We had a hard time encountering a super cold stream this time, the snow was quite thick on the day we checked out, and the host struggled to help get a taxi, so the host came by himself to pick us up and drop us three families to Yuzawa station, really, very, very thankful!!🙏🙏

It was very comfortable contrary to the price, but the air conditioning is a little special, and you may not know how to use it unless you thoroughly check the description after check-in, so be careful around that area. There are not many restaurants in the area, so it's a good idea to check in after you finish shopping in advance.
