Easy access to varied local walks, commons, pubs, the Stroudwater Canal & Stroud, with it's award winning Farmers' Market. It has been lovingly & extensively renovated. All the rooms have amazing views & the kitchen leads onto a terraced garden, with an area to play boules. Dogs welcome, by arrangement please. Access by meet & greet or key safe. Off road parking for 2 cars.

Little Teasel is a former 17th Century animal shelter lovingly rebuilt to provide a detached ensuite bedroom annexe full of Cotswold charm. It has fabulous far reaching views. The outside space is the 96 acres of common land on which the property stands. Accessed via a stone track with parking outside the property. Good accessibility as just one door step. Cosy underfloor heating throughout. There is a king size bed and ensuite shower. Perfect for a relaxing short stay in the Cotswolds!

Modern Hayloft in Cotswolds

The hayloft is very old but we have converted it into a 2 bed suite (one double bed & one big round bed on the mezzanine) with a 'shed bathroom' and a large lounge. It is on top of part of our own house (above the kitchen) but has a separate private entrance and a door onto the garden. There is no kitchen facility - think hotel rooms rather than self catering! It is right in the heart of the village a couple of hundred metres from good restaurants, ancient pubs and independent shops.

This is a stylish restoration of a former milking parlour set in 10 acres. The accommodation comprises 2 large rooms including a gallery kitchen and bathroom. It is private and self-contained with its own garden. The site has horses, goats, rabbits and chickens and on the far side a No-Dig permaculture vegetable garden. It is set in a beautiful location in the Cotswolds with countryside on all sides yet within minutes of Minchinhampton with public footpaths running from the door.

Downstairs, well equipped kitchen-diner, shower room/toilet. 10-15min walk to Nailsworth centre with many eateries. Unfortunately unsuitable for those with mobility issues due to stairs/low pitched ceiling.
