The apartment is very central, located in a quiet area. The center can be reached on foot in a few minutes, as well as a park, museums and good restaurants (we recommend Amarcord in via Roma!). Very practical: the minibus stop that leads to the two Reggio stations is very close.

Luca's place was a fantastic base for our day trips to Verona and Venice. Tucked away in a serene spot yet conveniently close to the highway, the apartment had everything we needed to feel at home. Spotless and spacious, featuring a well-equipped kitchen, Luca thought of every small detail that one might need while staying there. The nice private garden was a standout feature because it was a great place to have a morning coffee, listening to birds singing while planning the trips for the day. And let’s not forget the cute cat Sakura who just loves to be cuddled. But we must especially mention Luca's exceptional hospitality, which truly stood out. We had some trouble with our car, so we reached out to Luca for help. He immediately found a great car mechanic who fixed our car the next morning. Luca, thank you very much for saving our trip once again! Without hesitation, we wholeheartedly recommend Luca's apartment. It’s a comfortable, well-located haven with a truly wonderful host!

We loved our stay here! Panorama view from the terrace was breathtaking. The room was clean and cozy. The service was very good - thanks for the super nice and helpful woman on the reception and also the gentleman on the panorama bar was super nice. He brought our sparkling wine to our room. Highly recommend! ❤️

I don’t often give out 5 star ratings. This place was beautiful. The owners clearly spent the time and money turning their apartment into an oasis away from home. Gorgeous layout of the apartment, amenities were amazing, and the hosts were extremely professional and friendly. Would absolutely stay again.

This was a great place. It is a little confusing the checkin is 2 blocks away from the condo. It is a different address than what is listed. Also be aware it is a pedestrian street area. Walk 2 blocks through the Porto to get taxis or Ubers. We almost missed our train with Uber not being able to get to our location ( although they confirmed the pickup location). Also they said the gym is 24 hours but actually usually doesn’t open until 9 and you need a reservation. The receptionist is very kind and helpful. We would definitely stay again. Great location and very comfortable and historic.

The apartment is even better than the photos. It truly feels like staying in heaven. One of the most stunning views I’ve ever experienced, and the infinity pool is absolutely breathtaking.

The combination of jaccuzzi and jaccuzzi pool are perfect. thé garden is surrounded by A fence so was very good for our dog. The property is beautiful and clean. The rooms are just big enough. our kitchen was in our room. Rino, thé owner, is Daily over there and he is giving good tips. We enjoyed our stay.

The apartment complies with everything it describes in the listing, it is an apartment that has everything you need. Very clean and new. It is a quiet area, with shops nearby where you can shop, near the center and with a parking area around. Raffaele has been a great host, giving us facilities for the day of arrival and has been attentive to our comfort. Undoubtedly to be repeated.

Above expectations, very nice and well-kept private garden, large windows and sunny, well-equipped kitchen, although I have not used it in addition to the private garden, another garden with olive trees and two spaces for grilling and in another swimming pool space shared with other guests. A special place with amazing gardens and silence. It is only remote from the towns full of life, but if it were close to them it would not have this charm.

We stayed in a lovely villa in a quiet village. The house is spacious and well equipped: a large living room with garden perfect for grilling, a sleeping area with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, and a small gym with bathroom on the third floor. The owner was extremely kind and helpful, making the stay even more enjoyable. Easy to find parking spot and serene environment. Highly recommended!

We had an absolutely amazing week in Oasi dolcevita! The house and area were as beautiful as the pictures. The house and views are absolutely stunning! Umberto was an absolutely amazing host, who made the stay very pleasant. He always went above and beyond! We got great tips on activities, food and were always quick and available if we had any questions. We also got to borrow tennis equipment that we used on the tennis court every day! We would very much like to go back here again This place and Umberto are highly recommended👏❤️

The place had everything you could need for a getaway. By bike (which have been provided to us) we reached the lake in a few minutes. Saturday morning is a market nearby that we visited. Communication with the hosts was perfect! We would recommend the place. (Small tip: there are small mosquitoes in the area. Bring a spray on it!)

Very clean accommodation and very friendly host, helpful and present if necessary. The house is equipped with every service described and everything works perfectly. The neighborhood is very quiet and in a short time you can reach a lot of interesting things.

The place was very nice and was only renovated last year. We had plenty of room for 9 people.

What to say, everything was perfect, Claudio adorable, the house is perfect, beautiful and pleasant to live in, nothing is missing, everything is very well equipped and very clean, nothing is missing. The house is located near major Italian cities, FERRARE, BOLOGNE, VERONE, VENISE, Lake Garda and a favorite for the beautiful city of PADUA.
