We truly enjoyed our stay here. The house was exceptionally clean, beautifully furnished, and included everything we could possibly need. There were shampoo and shower gel provided in the bathroom, as well as coffee and tea available in the kitchen. The property is located in a gated community, making it very quiet and peaceful. It was probably the best accommodation we experienced during our trip. We felt well-rested before our flight home and appreciated the flexible check-in times.

From booking to check-in until check-out, host was indeed very responsive. Stay was awesome, Except for old kitchen utensils and internet connection. Internet was lost during second day of stay until check-out, care taker was informed about the issue and just informed us, that she can't help about it coz' she has no access with the wifi and told us that they too have internet problems. Safety:okay.Cleanliness:Kitchen utensils need to be changed. Care-taker: Helpful and Responsive. Over-all stay was good. Recommended.

We had a great stay at this property! The place was very clean when we arrived, cozy, and nicely furnished, definitely made us feel at home. Aesthetic interior layout and design! The kitchen was a huge plus, with complete utensils, a rice cooker, and a microwave, great for cooking. Note that Foodpanda isn't available; GrabFood has limited options (Jollibee, one local spot). A grocery run is recommended for longer stays. Upon arrival, we got the wrong key box code, but the host responded immediately with the correct one. The owner was exceptionally hospitable, even allowing family to stay at no extra charge. Minor issues: the bathroom had a strange odor (could use air freshener), and the sliding door was stiff with some small bugs. There is also no hot shower. Overall, despite these minor issues, it's a great place with a very responsive and kind host! We'd definitely consider coming back!

Cozy Stay with Great Comfort – But a Car is Recommended I had a pleasant stay at this Airbnb! The place is cozy, clean, and comes with all the essentials you’d need for a comfortable visit. The air conditioning works really well, which made the stay even more relaxing. It’s located inside a subdivision, so it’s quiet and secure, but you’ll need a car or ride to get around more easily. The good news is there are small convenience stores within the subdivision for quick needs. The playground is well-maintained and great for kids. The only downside was that the swimming pool wasn’t very clean during our stay. Still, I would definitely book this home again if we ever visit Cebu — it’s also conveniently close to the airport, which is a big plus!

By far my best airbnb experience. Hosts are very responsive and honors guest requests. The place offers so much quality of life improvements and bonuses that it almost feels like a shame to leave the house to do outside activities. 😅 Perfect for those going for a workation since they provide an extra monitor. All necessities are complete and provided. This place is a a love letter to homebodies with all the bonus amenities that the place has to offer. 10/10 would recommended.

Apartment very confortable, great location and the gym and pool very nice.

To be able to arrive at the location, Micmic will be your guide as provided since it is not found in the main road. Path is a bit bumpy but passable. When we reached the venue, the ambiance and vibes was fresh and relaxing. The place looked as the way the pictures depicted it. We enjoyed the hammock at the 2nd floor, the trees sorrounding the house gave it a cool effect. Mic Mic was very helpful in every way and in little things we need like ice and even provided us coffee and bread the following day. All was doing great except early dawn the AC in the other room down stairs just stopped and my mother and sister had a hard time sleeping as it was humid and were worried that if they open the windows, insects might get in. It was addressed around 6am past. Ada made mention to Micmic that they will refund a partial amount back to us-- that will be appreciated if ever. I suggest also that if they can put a mirror in the house and added electric fan. Over all, we enjoyed! Will come back

Very cozy place.

Definitely will come back! Has a playground and gym (no squat rack). Good with family. With playground. Outstanding pool view! For a good stretch and an afternoon swim! accessible to everything. 9.5/10

Our stay with the unit was great and was pleasant. It was not your usual unit that you would need to surrender your keys for leaving and coming in. Everything was just smooth and Kenny was so generous enough for us to ket us stay the unit earlier than what is usually agreed on as we have arrived in Cebu early. Kudos and recommendable. This place was fantastic, one of the best Airbnb’s I’ve stayed in,. Such a well fitted condo, had everything it stated and more, lots of extras other places just don’t have. Really well thought out condo, the swimming pool is fantastic with pool side cafe, a 7/11 just 2 mins walk, taxis easy, and a nice Buffett breakfast available at hotel on roof deck with 360 views of Cebu. Marcley’s communication was excellent, and I made a couple of late changes to my stay dates and he was very helpful, thank you,. This was an amazing place, relaxing and quiet. The locals are friendly, and even a few kids popped in on the last night for dinner because we always cook too much. I cannot say enough positive things about this getaway home. Kuya Larry is extremely helpful and always accommodating. One of the best and most comfortable trikes on the island!

Had a wonderful stay here! Will definitely save it and come back whenever I’m in Cebu. Yuri and Mary are both very friendly and responsive hosts. The place has basically everything you need, comfortable bed, great internet, desk, tv Netflix etc. I was working and traveling and felt like this has been the best place I’ve been in so far in the Philippines. Everything is great. Some few roaches and ants but it’s understandable in the Philippines. Host is really responsive and kind. No hassle in checking in.

We had a peaceful and relaxing stay. The area was quiet, and we really appreciated that the place is pet-friendly. Our two pets loved the pet park! The space was generally clean, though we did notice some tiny cockroaches in the kitchen when we arrived and a smell in the bathroom. But it did not bother us, as we made sure to always close the bathroom door. Just a note for future guests: there’s parking available if you let Eric know in advance. I missed that detail, so we ended up using paid parking nearby at ₱400 per night. That was on me, but good to know there's an alternative. Overall, a smooth experience and a nice place to unwind. Also, the internet was pretty gooda nd stable! I work from home, so an internet connection is a must for me.
