It is completely self contained with a kitchen, bathroom, bedroom/loungeroom with TV/DVD, air conditioning, ceiling fan. Northerly aspect so drenched in sun but fully insulated to keep you cosy on chilly nights. Off street car parking.

Welcome to Just Plane Cosy! To keep with aircraft tradition, we have named our tiny home “Maiden Seattle”. She is a fully functional off-grid, Eco-friendly, all the mod-cons, super cool, airline themed Tiny Home! We think the first of its kind! Our tiny home sits in a secluded spot on a beautiful farm just outside of Robertson in the beautiful Southern Highlands, only about a 2 hour drive south of Sydney’s CBD. The property has a lovely rainforest stream and resident sheep, alpacas & wombats!

You will feel your worries ebb away while you listen to the natural surrounds, or your fave tunes. What you get up to during the day is totally up to you, go hiking, explore the local beaches, shops, cafés and eateries or simply sit by the fire with a good book and be alone with your thoughts! Your off-grid venture awaits – This is not your normal hotel stay!!

Eco Cabin on beautiful farm close to beaches

Ooaree Farm Cabin is on a beautiful 140 acre farm in Rose Valley. Best suited to couples. The main bed is a king size mattress on a mezzanine level with steep stairs. The sofa turns into a queen size bed. The toilet is a modern composting toilet which does not smell if used correctly. 10 min to beaches, Gerringong and Kiama. It is a working farm and cows may be on the driveway and around the cabin. The drive way is 800 m and unsealed. No wifi, TV and phone reception is patchy.

Mountain View Studio in Kiama - late checkout

Mountain View Studio is a beautiful self-contained space with separate entry, on the ground floor of our modern new home. With garden at the front and tranquil pastures opposite, it is comfortable & private. It has floor to ceiling windows revealing delightful rural and distant mountain views, yet it is only a few minutes from Kiama's gorgeous town centre, beaches and coastal delights. A walking and cycle path with panoramic views sets out from the property.

Falls Cottage, in the rainforest at Jamberoo

Falls Cottage was built by a Jamberoo local in the 1980s and has grown in charm and character with every passing year. We have lovingly restored it with a country cottage kitchen, hand crafted interior finishes, a comfortable mezzanine bedroom and a deck and barbeque area to maximise guests’ enjoyment of the beautiful rainforest surrounds. We now have an EV charging station on the property . Type 2 , up to 22 KW an hr. Costs apply .

Our Tiny House is tucked into a secluded corner of our 80 acre property, adjacent to the rainforest. It has a stunning view of the escarpment and abundant wildlife around. It is totally off-grid. It has it's own solar system, water tanks collecting roof water with filters, hot water with an outdoor bath, a self composting toilet (not smelly) and a firepit.
