A place to stay and relax suitable for a group of up to 8 people. The house is located near 3 lakes: Tumiański (100 m), Dłużek (first class of cleanliness) and Bartołt Wielki and on the waterway of the Dadaj and Pisa rivers. Perfect for people who value silence, like walking in the forest, fishing or kayaking. There are 2 kayaks available for guests. You can go rafting on the Pisa River. The cottage has a large living room with a fireplace, 3 bedrooms, a kitchen, and a bathroom. Outside, there is a place to relax on a sun lounger, and a barbecue.

Treat yourself to rest and quiet. We invite you to the magical village of Łajs, on the border of Warmia and Mazury, among forests and lakes. There are 3 forest roads leading to Łajs. There is no asphalt, no shop, no bar. Here you will be enchanted by the hum of the forest, sunsets over the lakes, clean water and something you will not find anywhere else. This place deserved only beautiful houses with dreams and pines around. Sąsny is a family work. The houses fit into the local architecture while guaranteeing comfort and convenience.

A new, bright house (140 sqm) in the heart of green Warmia. The house is located on a 2500 sqm plot, with picturesque views of hills and forests. The property is located in the village of Ruś, 7 km from Olsztyn, on a hill, in the vicinity of several houses. Spacious living room, kitchen, fireplace, sauna, large, bright terrace, barbecue, large garden, swings, hammocks, table tennis. The house has four bedrooms that can accommodate up to 11 people (3+3+3+2). Two bathrooms (each with a toilet and shower) and an additional toilet.
