It is literally a refuge, a perfect place for rest and leisure. The house is spacious, airy and accommodated me and 13 more guests comfortably. The gourmet area and the barbecue are huge, integrated with the kitchen and pool area. By the way, the pool is a separate case — a delight! Both the children and the elderly loved it. The place provided me with amazing photos thanks to the enchanting scenery. The housekeeper was very helpful and discreet, helping us in everything we needed. Anyway, I recommend and I will come back for sure!

Beautiful place, plan, good for my parents and uncles already old. All rooms have a large, airy and clean suite. 4 huge bedrooms, simple but clean bedding. Some pillows and pillows need to be changed, but nothing to take the charm away from the place. Landscaping, vacancy for 6 cars. Kitchen equipped with the necessary. Outlets 220v. Well-equipped barbecue, wood stove, wood-fired oven, plus a very aromatic and tasty Cambuci cachaça. Refrigerators in the kitchen of the main house, and another at the barbecue, plus a Redbull refrigerator... Very good! Towels for everyone. We of the Kanashiro family of Santos, we love our stay.

I went to spend New Year's Eve with friends at the farm and the stay was great. The outdoor space of the house is very nice. The indoor space needed some improvements (living room fan and only 1 shower was hot) as was mentioned by Mr. Rinaldo. Even so, nothing that would disrupt the stay, since there was another fan in the room and every day was hot, so the hot shower was not used much lol. Rinaldo was very helpful in providing us with information about markets in the region and even brought us lychees to eat. I recommend the stay to everyone.

Incredible Carnival experience in the Santana! farmhouse, fresh air, clean pool at your disposal and a lush nature around. And if you want to take a bath of river water there is too! Casa cozy and clean, with great circulation of air and an evening toast is possible to contemplate the stars. I, my husband and my two puppies love being this Carnival in Chácara! was perfect. Ah not forgetting the very friendly and attentive caretaker Pelé. The location of Chácara is great! You can eat out, or you can go to the market and buy what you need to make your meals. It is 30 minutes from Peruibe if you want to catch a beach. In addition to waterfalls in Itariri. Sensational experience! We enjoy every second. Gratitude Isabel! your home is amazing

Wonderful house. ❤️ We were in 6 adults and 2 children passing the Reveillon. The house is big, beautiful, clean. Complete house as the listing says, everything works perfectly.. Owner Naldo is super polite, kind. He welcomed us very well, showed us the whole house making us super comfortable. The house is so cozy that we were feeling at home. We will definitely be renting again.

Me and my family were in this Carnival week at Raul's farm,and it was all wonderful, flexible check-in check-out too,Raul always ready to meet us, the place is great to rest , a huge house with several bedrooms and bathrooms,all the rooms with ventilator and airy. The room is huge has a pool table,everyone played and had fun. Well-equipped pool with microwave, cutlery ,a drinker with ice water. Wonderful BBQ,right next to the pool that was a delight. The place has plenty of green fresh air true refuge to rest and leave with the renewed energy. Only go, me and my family will return for sure .

The house is excellent, it is totally in line with the listing, it is a high standard country house, very spacious, fully equipped, air-conditioned in all rooms and functioning perfectly. It was well worth it, we spent a very pleasant year. Very helpful service from the host to the housekeeper. We will return if God permits!

We very much like the accommodation. simple, quiet and clean place. Dona Cida who received us, was a sweetheart. Felipe always answered us when we had a question. If you are looking for a simple place, close to nature and quiet, I highly recommend it.

We like everything. Mr. Jorge, who is a housekeeper from the farm, is a very kind and helpful person, he helped us in everything we needed. The house is simple but cozy, tidy and very clean and the location is excellent.

very good house, necessary renovations in the game room and at the gate because the upper gate had very bad tracks to open and close, locality was but to the bottom of the dirt road and the beach is around 30 to 40 minutes. The hosts are extremely attentive.
