Very good location. We liked the apartment. Excellent staff service.

Even though wasn't the place I rented because of an issue... the place was real nice but had some issues like the bathroom light didn't work or the gas was out for the pool ,things that they fixed while I was there that should of being fix before a guess comes ,coffee machine also broken so place was very nice and elegant but still some issues .great anyways

Needed a last minute place to stay when they shut the borders due to COVID-19 and we were unable to return to Canada. Ricardo communicated very fast and efficiently with us to help our stay be safe and wonderful.

Great place, highly recommend. Only two things to consider: Parking in the area is very expensive and the street is a bit noisy. A part of this I passed amazing time with my partner

The place is better than in photos, it is cozy and super tidy. The host answered any questions quickly, I would stay there again, since everything was close.

This place is beautiful with an amazing view! The host was very helpful from the time I booked all the way until my last night. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to explore Lima/Mira Flores. Especially any visitors not from Peru as the location is safe and convenient.

Excellent apartment, very clean and well equipped with everything you need to spend a few or even many days staying. The location is excellent and was perfect for my goals! Although not under the owner's management, the nearby street is very busy and noisy! Otherwise, everything was great!

The Department is very well located,close to restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, parks, beaches, etc. The size of the Department is spacious and comfortable for 6 people. The communication and the host's attention to us was very good, as did the people who worked in the Building. Hugo small inconveniences that were fixed right away. It only remains for me and my family to thank you for being a good Airbnb host. This Place is 100% recommendable

Great place! We were 10 - two family groups plus other adult friends - and the space was perfect! Large enough to accommodate different groupings in the common areas, etc. Great location with fantastic nearby restaurants, shopping, activities. Fantastic host who was very responsive!

The apartment is very central, in a good neighborhood, Miraflores. I stayed for a few days and really the apartment is well cleaned, tidy and nice. It has a nice view for the sea and for the neighborhood miraflorino. Highly recommended for short or long stays. It also made it easier for me to have parking. Thank you for the service and resinto.

Where do I start? If I have to describe the experience in a word I would say.. OUTSTANDING! Victor is a great host, always responsive and cordial. He works with Mrs Elena, who’s super friendly and always ready to help, same as Avilio.. the doorman. I come to Peru annually and always stay in the Miraflores area and had the chance to experience multiple locations in the last few years and this one is one I would say I will use again when I return. The bedrooms are spacious, comfy beds and a super comfy bathroom. It has a well equipped kitchen and a washer/Dryer as well. I really appreciate the hospitality and eagerness to help. The apartment is well located, super comfortable, maybe a little hot but the air conditioning always improved it. Super recommended.

Good location and very warm apartment, ideal for 3/4 people. Maritza very cordial and we were able to enter before check-in.

Accommodation published as in the photos. Lily was super friendly since we had contact with her, flexible on arrival and departure, and is always attentive to our queries. He recommended places and where we could go to eat. The thermos reaches for two full showers, if there are three people the last one must wait to be able to shower. Everything else was great, the apartment had everything, and quite cozy.

Large apartment with a beautiful view and a personal touch. The building has good amenities, 24-hour security and a parking lot that is very easy to drive around. It is located in one of Lima’s top residential areas.

1. The apartment is very safe and close to exchange houses and places to buy the basics such as water, etc. (There is a small shop 1 block away) 2. At the time of check-out we were allowed to stay a little longer since our flight was early morning. 3. Excellent communication. 4. The spectacular view. 5. The Pool is a wonder, a little cold but very good. You must book 24 hours in advance to use it. 6. More could be improved, if an extra dryer is placed in the kitchen and maybe a little sugar, coffee or tea. Also, do the towel change at 3 days. 7. Finally, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, IF WE RETURN TO LIMA, WE WOULD BE STAYING again.

It was a great place to stay. It had a lot of instructions to follow but manageable. It was close to historic sites, the beach, restaurants, and shops.
