Large house with 2 floors and parking. The entire 1st floor and the swimming pool are only for the guests. The owners speak German and Portuguese. They produce their own wine (1 bottle given to buy each one for €2.50) and grow vegetables and fruits. The house is located between Barcelos (10min. ) and Braga (20min.) Porto Airport is 45 minutes by car. Guimaraes (40min.) and Geres National Park (50min.) are also easily accessible by car.

I very much enjoyed staying at Josy's place. The apartment is very comfortable, clean and walking distance to the centre. Josy was very kind and helpful, from flexible check-in and clear instructions to helping me with some practical things and recommendations. Our stay was excellent! The bed is very comfortable and a jug of water, an electric kettle and teas are provided in the room, so you don't have to go down to the kitchen at night. The house is very well located, close to the station, restaurants and markets. Filete and Patanisca, the two adorable kittens of the house, also add a special touch. Joana is a very friendly and communicative teacher! It was a great pleasure to stay with her! Thank you, Joana! - António and Yasmin
