Great apartment in a new residential complex. There is free parking. The host was always available and answered questions. We were satisfied with our stay.

Was a very clean apartment, everything what was needed were in apartment so that made us feel like home and apartment is in walkable distance from new “Mall Moldova”, Catalin seemed like a wonderful person, helped us a lot in every question we could have and answered to our messages in any time

My grandparents had great time staying at Cornell's place. Great location, 5 mins to LIDL by walk. He is very helpful and responsive.

Recommended! Great host, all instructions are simple and clear. Kitchen is equipped with all the needed amenities. There is a large store, transport nearby. Close to the center. The apartment is clean, cozy, everything is thoughtful. Special thanks for the delicious coffee.

The purpose of our visit to Iasi was for a visit to the dentist and I was very pleasantly surprised to find out that the location of the clinic is in the same block as the home. Very close to the bus stop, easy access to the tram stop too. Recommended.

There was an unexpected problem with the broken boiler so there was no hot water in the booked house. Andy provided the second house with hot water to use free of charge. My family ended up staying in that small house because it was inconvenient to walk to another place for hot water. I'm sure this is going to be fixed soon. Andy was kind enough to help my family on the grounds with guidance and advise, which was really kind of him.

Perfect accommodation for a larger company or a family , with beautiful stylish interior and all the needed appliances. Great location , with all the major attractions at a nearby distance . Daniela was a fabulous host , always responsive when I had a question and made us feel at home almost instantly. Highly Recommend !

I was checked in for work. We had everything we needed for the 3 days. Recommend!

Walter was very proactive with his communication and friendly. He made sure I knew where I was going and he also stayed up late until past 03:00 to help me enter the building as my flight arrived in the middle of the night. He showed me how everything in the apartment worked and afforded me flexibility with my check-in and check-out time and overall he was very kind. The apartment is good value, it is small but functional for a solo traveller. The bed is a small mattress laid out on the floor and frankly it worked just fine for me and was comfortable. The location isn’t ideal as it is right on the outskirts of the city however it is relatively close to the Cetatiua, Frumoasa and Galata Monasteries. I used Bolt to get to and from the apartment and city centre which was cheap enough or you can use public transport which is even cheaper. Both options do not take long. The pillow cases and blankets needed washing in my opinion. Aside from that the apartment was clean and spotless.
