We had a fantastic 3-day stay at this place! The unit was exactly as described and pictured - comfortable, clean, and cozy. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. The host/agent did a great job of maintaining the space, and everything was just as expected. The amenities were convenient, and the location was perfect for our needs. We had a smooth-sailing stay in CDO because of Ms. May’s great hosting. She was very generous to accept our requests on check-in and check-out time and was very accommodating to our whole family during our entire stay. She constantly suggested things to do, places to visit, and offered to go with us (and offered us a ride) in most of our activities. You wouldn’t expect a place to be as good as the price she offers—you really get the value for your money. The house was clean too and the subdivision was top-tier, peaceful, executive. We really felt at home and I am now offering her place to our relatives who will come visit CDO soon. Nice to meet you tita May hehe hope to see you again sometime in the future!

Joel and Jarid have been amazing. It's my 2nd stay at their property now. I went there with my family. Jarid went above and beyond for me, even sorting out transportation options to and from the property. Which was a massive help. The property itself is fantastic. When i stayed there a few years ago, there was no pool. Now, there is. The upstairs balcony is also fantastic and a great breath of fresh air. There's no property/Airbnb like this place in Cagayan de Oro. Tonnes of character and a genuinely homely place. Whether you're going with just family like me, or going with a large group of friends, i heavily recommend this Joel/Jarid's place.

The best by far, the view, the house is very spacious, the staff were accommodating, i love the kitchen, the pool with a Santorini vibes, clean and flowing water..10/10 for me..

we will be back for sure. not recommended if you have non swimmer companion, but perfect for those who wanted to dip right down to the water. but lifejackets are there you could borrow. had an amazing experience with the kayak. just be careful on the rip tides pulling. if you love fresh catch. then u will love it here. local fisherman is there to sell you. it would be a plus if there would be a floodlight on night time that would shine down to the water. a pool is an added fun to have. btw. it is a road side parking area, just bring not more than 2 car.

Super nice place, peaceful atmosphere. Accommodating kaayo ang owner sa place. We rented the villa for our first outing with barkada and worth it ang payment. Clean bathrooms and bedrooms. Big pool as posted here, Naa sad own parking sa guest 3 cars can fit in. Pet friendly gi bring namo amo pet here🤍🤍 more power sa owner!

If you are planning to visit CDO, I highly recommend this place - it's clean and cozy, plus if you have 4-wheels, there are a lot of available parking spaces surrounding the condominium free of charge. This place is conveniently located near malls and restaurants. We had a comfortable stay.

We had an amazing 8-day stay here! The place is incredibly aesthetic, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully arranged. The host was very accommodating, providing clear instructions and making sure everything we needed was well provided—even going above and beyond by offering us free snacks and food for several days, which we truly appreciated. We had a problem with our things on our way home, and the host was extremely patient and helpful, which made all the difference with the effort they put with us. We are beyond grateful. The location is also great—just near a basketball court for my husband to play, and perfect for work too, thanks to the fast internet connection. They even have a laundry area and a washing machine, which made our stay even more convenient. Everything was just so well done, and we couldn’t ask for more. We are consistent in our bookings in CDO, 2 times in a year for 7-8 days, and we’ll definitely be booking here from now on! Thank you so much for the experience.

Very friendly host, tended to our every inquiry. She is always very responsive and quick to reply. Provided us with unexpected needs like toiletries, ingredients and even flowers etc. She has excellent service and just overall an amazing place.

the place was so clean, and there's no unpleasant smell anywhere in the unit. a very well organized and well decorated house/room, the Jungle themed bath tub was really relaxing and the tub was spotless. even the furnitures were squeaky clean. all in all I had fun staying in the place and it was really relaxing and convenient because there's also an honesty store which is an extra amenity. overall, I had a great time and would definitely recommend it to everyone. probably gonna return soon ♥️ Thanks ma'am Dunna and sir Jorge ♥️

We have 2 indoor cats with us and the place is just so perfect. The host was very responsive and accommodating. The place can also accommodate plenty of people comfortably. Overall a perfect place to stay if you have pets.

We love our stay. Miss Leah is a very proactive host. Phone signal intermittently cuts off but aside from that it was perfect. The place is very accessible.
