Holiday rentals with a patio in Mismaloya

Patricia place is amazing. Very clean and quiet. Cold AC and a balcony to view the surroundings. Pools are beautiful and refreshing and restaurants are all in walking distance. Would absolutely stay here again!

The accommodation is very nice, the area spectacular, they were extremely attentive and empathetic, the terrace is very nice, the room is just like the photos, the decor is fresh and very tasteful, I hope to return soon.

It is an excellent apartment, all new, decorated with very good taste, modern, restaurants and cafes very close, close to the main road. William was very kind and helped a lot with good recommendations, I highly recommend him ❤️

This was the perfect location, it was quiet enough, but close enough to bars, restaurants and the beach. Nothing was more than a 5-8 minute walk. I have stayed in this area multiple times due to the fact that it is so convenient. CasaHill was a great host, they always had a security on site, the property is secure and the hosts are great and communicative. I will definitely love to stay at a CasaHill Property again. They have more than one and they are great hosts. Thank you!

I had a fantastic stay here! The place was exactly as pictured and thoughtfully stocked with everything I needed. The rooftop amenities were a huge plus, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view. Great location too— walking distance to the mall, Walmart, Sam’s and an Oxxo. Louis was very communicative throughout the check-in process and everything went smoothly. I’d definitely stay here again.

Everything was perfect. The location is ideal, the apartment is cozy, the pool is beautiful with its 360° view. Louis and Sébastien are attentive and sound for you. I can only recommend this place.

STAY HERE…if you want a beautiful, safe, quiet retreat, easily accessible to all Sayulita has to offer! Everything was perfect! We LOVED the A/C as well. This is our second time coming to Sayulita and would prefer to stay here again over our first accommodations-especially since the AC was throughout the entire house. We traveled with our teenage son, and it was lovely to have him downstairs with his own room and bathroom. Definitely enough space for the 3 of us! Hosts were lovely and attentive. I have nothing but wonderful words and memories for this beautiful spot! We will be back!

Our stay at Casa Los Señadores was absolutely perfect! From the moment we booked, our host was incredibly welcoming, always responsive, and provided fantastic local recommendations that really enhanced our trip. The property itself is truly a hidden gem. While the photos online were lovely, they honestly don't do justice to how beautiful the home and especially the pool are in person – it was even more gorgeous than we imagined! We spent countless hours relaxing by the stunning pool. The location was also a huge plus. We loved the friendly neighborhood vibe; it made us feel right at home and very comfortable. Any questions we had throughout our stay were met with a perfect and quick resolution from our host, demonstrating their genuine commitment to ensuring a fantastic guest experience. We highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a beautiful, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay. We can't wait to come back!

Our stay at Villa Sol Amor was absolutely incredible. The house itself was stunning, beautifully designed with amazing views from every single room. The decor and layout were thoughtfully curated, creating a luxurious yet cozy atmosphere. The host was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay, and we can’t say enough good things about the housekeeper, Maria—she was truly wonderful and made everything feel seamless. We deeply appreciated all the little touches that made our stay special. We’ll definitely be coming back to Villa Sol Amor—it felt like a dream!

Amazing place, one of my favorite AirBnBs, I highly recommend it. A house with a lot of history, in a quiet area but very close to the hustle and bustle and with a lot to do. The layout of the rooms and their spaciousness make the stay very comfortable and pleasant, in addition to the fact that the view of all the terraces is incredible and dreamy, it feels genuinely like a home. The hosts were very helpful and friendly at all times.

We had an amazing time during our week here! The views were incredible and the place was exactly as described. Saw some of the best sunsets of our lives from the deck and there was plenty of space to set up and hang out after long days exploring the many towns and beaches nearby! We would highly recommend this place.

We had a nice and relaxing time at Josh’s place. It was very clean and the size for the 5 of us and amazing views. We had arrived early and we were able to check in earlier. Location was great too.

Jim and his crew were amazing from the very beginning of the booking process. Communication was excellent throughout the entire stay,they were always responsive and helpful. My parents and I, along with my young niece who decided to join last minute, truly loved the place. I really appreciated how quickly and easily they updated my reservation to accommodate her, super smooth and stress-free! If you’re someone who enjoys being out all day, this is the perfect place to come back to and relax. The private pool was one of our favorite parts,nothing beats a peaceful swim after a long day. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the essentials, and the entire home was spotless thanks to the amazing maid! The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, and we even got to see fireworks at night from the house, such a special bonus. I highly recommend this place to everyone. Don’t hesitate, especially if this is your first time booking, like it was for me. Jim is your guy!

The penthouse was a great place to stay for a weekend in PV! We spent hours on the rooftop by the pool. The location was also very convenient for many great restaurants and stores just down the street. Roberto was always very quick to respond to any questions I had. Check in and check out was also quick and easy.

We’ve been to Puerto Vallarta over seven times, and Tim’s place has definitely been our favorite stay so far! The home is beautifully decorated with stylish furniture and unique artwork—it immediately made us feel at home. The mini-split AC and ceiling fan kept the space comfortable even on the hottest days. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and even though it was just my husband and me, having two bathrooms was super convenient. We especially loved the rooftop pool—it's the perfect spot to unwind and catch a stunning sunset. The building’s gym is hands-down the best in the Romantic Zone. The location is ideal—within walking distance to all our favorite restaurants and taco stands. Tim was very responsive throughout, and he arranged for a host to greet us at both check-in and check-out, which made everything seamless. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and felt completely at ease. We’d absolutely stay here again!

Perfect for two nights of relaxation with no goals of anything else. Other than checking out the roof, I literally slept, watched movies, and just enjoyed being disconnected, but it was perfect!

Jim’s penthouse condo in Puerto Vallarta’s Romantic Zone was an absolute gem! It’s just as gorgeous as the photos—stylish, spacious, and super comfortable. The location couldn’t be better: just a few blocks from the beach and surrounded by fantastic restaurants, bars, and nightlife. We stayed with another couple, and the layout worked out perfectly. As the trip planner, my friends insisted we claim the dreamy master bedroom with its stunning views. Our friends were happy in the quiet and comfy second bedroom. Jim was an amazing host—super communicative, friendly, and thoughtful. He left us a bottle of tequila, which we put to excellent use with a pre-dinner shot tradition every night. The two giant jugs of water in the fridge were also a super thoughtful and nearly lasted our whole trip. I’d come back to Jim’s place in a heartbeat. Highly, highly recommend it to anyone heading to PV!

From the moment we were welcomed by Pepe we felt at home. Our view was fantastic and the location is ideal. The condo had everything we needed from kitchen gadgets to bathroom amenities. We have stayed all over puerto Vallarta and this is the perfect location for access to restaurants and beach activities. We can’t wait to return.
