We have been working on this space for the last 2 years to get the details just right, including hand built furniture and art by local artists. Above the din of the Mission, this apartment is a unique space built in the attic of a large Edwardian house run by artists Laurel Roth Hope and Andy Diaz Hope .

SO CLOSE to SO MUCH...ice cream, coffee, food, cocktails, murals, markets, music, etc. You’ll love my place because its location is in heart of the Mission. The in-law unit is cozy, comfortable, and stylish. The garden is lovely! It's great for couples, mini-sized families, solo adventurers, and business travelers. This is a very walkable neighborhood. You will get an entire bottom floor of the house, fully separated from our home. Home is brand new, built in 2022. While you have total privacy, we are on site in case anything comes up. Parking is easy and we are near the freeways, making it easy to get to Silicon Valley, Marin, or Napa.
