Our house was renovated recently. 13 - 15 mins to Oarai station by walk. We also have several bicycles for visitors. You can use them for free. BaliそしてCaliforniaのビーチリゾートを意識してデザインしたことからBaliforniaと名付けました。 隣接する住宅が無い為、安心してアウトドアライフをエンジョイできます！ 通り沿いですので、明るい時間は多少の交通量はありますが、夜はほとんど車が通りませんので静かなプライベート空間となります。 お部屋はリビングの他にツイン２部屋、フォース１部屋（ソファベッド２台）となります。 最大８名まで宿泊可能です。（お一人様１台のベッドとなります）また、8名以上の入館をお断りさせていただきます。（乳幼児等は除きますのでお子様に関しましてはご相談ください！） ルールに反した場合、発覚したタイミングで退室いただき、返金も致しません。 セルフチェックインで１５時チェックイン、１０時チェックアウトとなります。 ペットの来館はお断りさせていただいております。 衛生上の観点から原則的に調味料を置きませんのでご持参願います。
