The beautiful contrast of the dappled sunlight, the white of the birch trees, and the green of the forest gently relaxes the mind. We designed it as an inn to get away from the bustle of the city and just soak up the "tranquility". The bathroom features "WABURO," a harmonious blend of cypress fragrance and beautiful tiles. Enjoy a luxurious bath time, surrendering to the free-flowing waters from the source spring. The interior has a Japanese modern interior that feels the warmth of natural materials. A spacious room that can accommodate up to 13 people, perfect for family trips, group vacations, and anniversaries. This is a renovated 100-year-old traditional Japanese house located at the foot of the mountains by the sea in Nanaura, Echigo, available for rent as a whole. It's too simple to call it a traditional Japanese house, but it looks old and new. I hope you will remember this pleasant feeling as one of your travel memories. This is the Mase coast in Nishikan-ku, Niigata City (formerly Iwamuro Village). 25 minutes by car from Hokurikudo Makari IC and 35 minutes from Sanjo Tsubame IC.The horizon of Echigo Nanaura stretches out below. The storehouse is over 145 years old and is registered as a Tangible Cultural Property by the Japanese government. The wooden building is a self-renovated building with the owner and friends. This is a private lodging facility where you can feel the history of Niigata, located at the end of a narrow alley in Niigata. Please let us know in advance if you'll be bringing small children. If you need to sleep with your child, we will attach the bed or install a baby gate for safety. We will assist you in person at check-in. Because it is a house located deep in the mountains, we take the best measures, but in the warm season, insects come out. It snows a lot in winter. In autumn, fallen leaves dance. You will also need to adjust the wood stove fire yourself. It's not an easy house to live in, but we promise you a great view and experience.
