The rooftop terrace offers 360° views of the sky and the beautiful beaches of Zaimokuzai and Yubigahama. The large island kitchen is also equipped with designer dishes and the latest appliances. It is a spacious 4LDK in a pure Japanese-style house. It is a safe, independent space. People working remotely and people temporarily returning from overseas are also happy. There is a calm living room and a Japanese-style room with a view of the Japanese-style garden. On the second floor, there is an 8-tatami Japanese-style room, a 4.5-tatami Japanese-style room, and a 9-tatami Western-style room with a piano overlooking the sea. Why not enjoy a cup of tea on the veranda while looking out at the ocean? There are many rooms, so enjoy a trip with your family and friends. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, this is a quiet and calm environment where you can enjoy writing and reading. The kitchen is equipped with an IH cooking heater, electric pot, rice cooker, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, pots, dishes, and other necessities. There is a laundry room and a large drying space on the 2nd floor veranda. The bathroom has large windows and high ceilings, making it a pleasant space.
