Guide to ◎　private lodging 　This renovated house is limited to one group per day (up to 8 people can use). The living room and dining room are earthen spaces with no partition.It is a relaxing space with a carpet mat and a sofa that seats more than 8 people. There are 3 bedrooms separated by steps from the living room. The walls are stucco except some so you can feel comfortable without moisture. The partition of the room is the old brush and glass shoji, and the bedding is Japanese futon. Pair all the windows, so the bottoms are cold and the noise is eliminated! We provide a comfortable indoor space with air conditioning in all rooms by the window. ※ Please note that the wifi environment is partially not perfect * Caution: Cooking utensils are reuse (use of the tabletop stove is prohibited due to fire prevention) * All rooms are non-smoking * No meal provided * Not wheelchair friendly * Paid from 0-year-old child * The surrounding area is residential, so you can't expect it from the location.

The house was built in 2005 and has 3 bedrooms but the first floor has been partially renovated in October 2024. There is an outside deck that has panoramic views over famed surfing mecca of Kanegahama beach. Bedding is one queen, one double and two single beds. There is also a futon mattress that can be used if needed (it is not as comfortable as the beds!). As this house is in a residential area, we ask all guests to refrain from making loud noise/music outside, especially after dark.
