Pure Japanese style traditional House Entire house

This is one of the few remaining pure Japanese-style shoin-zukuri buildings in Hiroshima City, built 75 years ago, shortly after the war.One step from the main street, in a quiet environment, there is a small Japanese-style garden where you can relax. Some of the items on display at the Dance House include a pot that partially melted due to the heat from the atomic bomb dropped on Hiroshima on August 6, 1945, and photographs from around 100 years ago. The fixtures and glassware date back more than 70 years, and the two gardens, the hearth, and the study, in particular, capture the atmosphere of a traditional Japanese home. Currently, these items can only be obtained by placing orders with a select group of artisans. Of the 5 rooms, 3 are tatami rooms, so please lay a futon on the tatami when you go to bed. You'll find everything you need for daily living right in the neighborhood at the large shopping mall, Youme Town Hiroshima. Convenience stores (7-Eleven, FamilyMart), restaurants (okonomiyaki, ramen, sushi, yakiniku, waffles, bakery shops, etc.), and more are all within walking distance.

During the day, you might want to spend some time in the lounge filled with houseplants. Enjoy the sunlight shining through the trees from the skylight. If you request at least a week before your stay, we can prepare local food from Oshima Island and seasonal food that we can get through a special route.
