This is one of the few remaining pure Japanese-style shoin-zukuri buildings in Hiroshima City, built 75 years ago, shortly after the war.One step from the main street, in a quiet environment, there is a small Japanese-style garden where you can relax. Some of the items on display at the Dance House include a pot that partially melted due to the heat from the atomic bomb dropped on Hiroshima on August 6, 1945, and photographs from around 100 years ago. The fixtures and glassware date back more than 70 years, and the two gardens, the hearth, and the study, in particular, capture the atmosphere of a traditional Japanese home. Currently, these items can only be obtained by placing orders with a select group of artisans. Of the 5 rooms, 3 are tatami rooms, so please lay a futon on the tatami when you go to bed. Located in Minami-ku, Hiroshima City, and accessible by a single city tram ride From the nearest train/tram stop ①, it takes approximately 20 minutes to reach Hiroshima Station. From the nearest station (tram stop ②), you can reach the Peace Memorial Park and the Atomic Bomb Dome, as well as the city center, in about 20–30 minutes. The taxi ride takes about 10 minutes. You'll find everything you need for daily living right in the neighborhood at the large shopping mall, Youme Town Hiroshima. Convenience stores (7-Eleven, FamilyMart), restaurants (okonomiyaki, ramen, sushi, yakiniku, waffles, bakery shops, etc.), and more are all within walking distance.

The bedding is specially ordered from a long-established bedding manufacturer in Kyoto, and the bath invites you to relax your body and mind and sleep soundly. Most guests say they sleep well. During the day, you might want to spend some time in the lounge filled with houseplants. Enjoy the sunlight shining through the trees from the skylight. Here, the right answer is to do nothing and just be. How about emptying your mind? If you request at least a week before your stay, we can prepare local food from Oshima Island and seasonal food that we can get through a special route. Although we are taking measures, please understand that centipedes and spiders may wander into the room from spring to autumn. Daisenji Shrine, supermarkets, and convenience stores are also about 5 minutes away by car. It is also a good location for walking. It is close to the Shinkansen, so there is noise and vibration every time you pass.It may not be suitable for those who are sensitive to sound. (It's quiet because it doesn't run from 11:40 PM to 6:20 AM) If you are staying with a companion, you can have separate bedrooms.Or you can combine two single beds to make a double bed. Please let us know your request. Free parking is available below the guest house, but please be aware that it is difficult to access from the public road.
