The Cottage on the Green

The Cottage is situated on the backside of an acre parcel behind the main house. A swimming pool separates the main house from the cottage. The property is very quiet, peaceful and private. Guest have a Separate entrance. We are a retired lieutenant from a California LE agency and his wife a retired teacher who give guests as much privacy as requested. We are a short distance from the Longleaf Trace and 1.5 miles from the Barn at Bridlewood wedding venue for those attending a wedding there.

Meg's Eclectic "Tall Pines".

Your whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique home. Privacy awaits at "Tall Pines", our dog-friendly home features 3 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms with a large fenced in property that boasts over 30 mature pine tress. You can get away from everything while experiencing all that Laurel has to offer. FUN FACT: The main bedroom features 2 bathrooms, a 'his' and 'hers'. If you ever wondered if separate bathrooms were worth it, they are! You will just love visiting Laurel.

Hough Hill

We were born and raised in the area,and it has always been a dream of ours to open a bed and breakfast on the old homestead property. We shared many cherished memories here, and it is our hope that our guest will be able to create their own during their stay. Hough Hill is furnished with family heirlooms that have been passed down through many generations. The opportunity to rebuild this place to share with our guests has been a gift from God, and we truly hope you enjoy your stay with us.

Whispering Pines Cabin

Relax and enjoy some time away in our cozy cabin. Whether you are looking for a relaxing retreat to get away from the hustle of life, or need a quick overnight stop while traveling, or a long stay for work, we would love to host you! 16 miles to Collins 23 miles to Laurel, 45 miles to Hattiesburg, 22 miles to Magee. We do not have TV, but high speed fiber optic WiFi is available. No parties. No smoking on premises. No vaping indoors. Relax, unplug, and enjoy your stay!

Sweet Olive Cabin Morton, MS

The 2 bedroom, 1 bath cabin has an open floor plan in the den and kitchen, a queen size bed in the master bedroom and twin beds in the second bedroom, with a roll-away daybed available. A pack n play is available upon request. The bathroom is handicapped accessible. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, full size refrigerator and microwave. There is no dishwasher. There is a flat screen tv in both the den and the master bedroom with Directv. We have WIFI available.

Homewood Hideaway

Located on a private lake, this is truly a hideaway! This peaceful location will have you relaxing and unwinding in no time. This is a no frills, true rustic cabin experience within 6 miles of the I-20 exit at Forest, MS. This is great for hunting, fishing or just relaxing with family. We are located within 5 miles of 2 major state wildlife management areas in Bienville National Forest. Across the lake is Homewood Hollow another cabin available threw airbnb.

The Cottage is the entire first floor of the Carriage House that is original to the property with all the lovely historic charm. Recently renovated, you’ll rest easy with all the modern day conveniences . Thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each checkout. The perfect getaway for anyone wanting to experience downtown and HGTV’s Home Town!

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Newly remodeled, garden tub, swimming pool, fenced back yard, back patio with, fire pit, outdoor furniture, Sunbrella patio umbrella, very, nice. Please note Tuesday and Friday there will a pool service coming by to clean the pool, and once a month the lawn mowing service comes by as well as the pest control service, ALSO, ABSOLUTELY NO LOUD MUSIC OR WILD PARTIES, THIS IS NOT A PARTY PAD!
