There is everything for a comfortable stay: appliances, furniture, dishes, high-speed internet (fiber optics), Wi-Fi. From the kitchen there is an exit to the terrace, where you can sit with friends or relax in a hammock chair. Also in the yard there is a barbecue with everything you need, free firewood, parking. We provide a set of disposable hygiene items, a minimum set of groceries. All windows have a mountain view, a river is nearby and a forest is a 5-minute walk away, two restaurants with karaoke, hookah, and a delicious menu.

A two-story wooden house for 4-6 people, surrounded by a spruce forest. It is located in the village of Verkhniy Studeny, Mizhhirya district. Located at an altitude of 950 m above sea level in a beautiful forest area. There is a sauna, gazebo, swing, and barbecue on the territory. The estate has a direct access to the ski lift. In winter, it is an ideal place for active skiers and snowboarders (a T-bar lift is 200 meters from the house). At other times of the year, you can pick berries, mushrooms, and go for walks.

We offer a private estate in the very center of the Ukrainian Carpathians. Located in the town of Volovets, on the territory of the estate there are two gazebos, as well as other garden equipment. Extremely convenient location, allows you to visit the mountain peaks of the Borzhava massif. It is also possible to organize tour rides on an SUV. Within a radius of 30 km there are many tourist places, in particular: the Shipit waterfall, chair lifts to the Borzhava massif, as well as the Arpad Line Bunker and more.
