Downstairs there is a fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, fridge and freezer. There is also a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. With two patios and a generous garden, there is plenty of space to hang out outside.

Quiet and secluded location. Close to swimming and hiking trails. A small community with grocery store COOP, playground, ice cream shop, hardware store, hotel, pizzeria, is 2.5 km from the property. 12 km to Skuleskogens national park. 7 km to a scenic swimming area with barbecue area and jetties, Almsjöbadet.

Welcome to this newly built house in beautiful Fällsvikshamn. The house was completed in the autumn of 2020, sea view and is close to the water. Fällsvikshamn is an older fishing village with old boathouses. You will live close to Rotsidan, bath from rocks or beach, hiking trails, excursion places, sea fishing and incredible natur. Underfloor heating in the hole house , and AC for sunny days. Wi-Fi, TV and normal housing standard. June-August only booking Sunday-Sunday.
